Guest Access:
● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed
● Driveway parking for up to 10 vehicles
● Towamensing Trails community access, including amenities and trash center. 8 wristbands provided per group (w/ registration fee)
● Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated with a fee of $75 each. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.
● Late check-out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500

Getting Around:
Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy.

Other Things to Note:
The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.

Pet fee is $150 per dog. Note that booking platforms only charge 1 pet fee. Please let us know how many dogs you will be bringing so we can request the appropriate fees.

Guests are REQUIRED to register online with Towamensing Trails. Additional community fees are as follows:

Registration (required year-round):
● $25 registration fee (paid no later than 3 days before check-in).

Vehicles:
● $5 registration fee per vehicle
● All vehicle information must be provided
● Please message us 5 days prior to check-in for any changes in the number of vehicles. Last-minute changes are not allowed.
● Guest will have vehicle access to the community trash collection center

Amenities (wristbands required and provided w/ welcome packet):
● 8 wristbands will be provided per group (no additional wristbands can be purchased)
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear a wristband
● Seasonal access to community amenities
● Wristband cannot be used after 11am on your check out date
● The lake may be closed without prior notice if it fails the periodic water testing/reading

Please note, these are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Towamensing Trails.

Guests are not permitted to have outdoor fires in Towamensing Trails.

Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID after booking confirmation.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($50) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Square One Markets, Family Dollar and CVS.

SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES:
● The property has 4 security cameras. All are on the exterior of the home and in plain view. No cameras are hidden.
● 2 doorbell cameras, one at each of the main exterior entry doors
● 2 floodlight cameras, one at the rear deck and one on the right side of the house

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
