PEST CONTROL
During the summer months, flying ants are a common sight in the area. These insects are naturally drawn to wooded environments and, despite regular pest control treatments, they may still find their way indoors, especially through open windows and doors or the small spaces near thresholds.

While we take proactive steps to maintain the home, including scheduled pest prevention, please be mindful and keep doors and windows closed when not in use.

NOISE
Kindly be mindful of noise levels to ensure a pleasant living environment for our neighbors.

PRIVACY
The pool and hot tub at this location are serviced weekly, scheduled every Monday afternoon.

ACCESSIBILITY
This two-level home requires stairs for second-level access.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.

POOL HEATING
The outdoor swimming pool is open and heated in the summer months up until Labor Day weekend. Kindly note that the pool is closed for the season and will reopen in the spring/summer of 2026. Please reach out to Concierge if you have questions about pool and heating schedules.

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

SECURITY
For security, there is a Ring camera on the doorbell, a camera in the corner of the bar/apartment facing the front door, and another under the master bedroom balcony overlooking the swimming pool. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
