Our home does have a separate rental suite on the main level which is also a short term rental. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units.

Complimentary WiFi, Disney+, coffee and tea. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you`ll feel like you`re simply staying at a home you own!

You`ll have full access and private side entrance to the basement suite during your stay with us! The main level is a separate rental unit, but it can be rented in conjunction with the basement suite assuming we have the availability. If you are interested in renting the entire house, please contact us and we can see if we have it available for you. Whether you just want to relax on the couch and enjoy complimentary Disney+ or get some work done at the kitchen table, this guest suite has everything you need to enjoy your visit.

Interaction with guests is important to us. While we do not live at the property, we are readily available to help and assist our guests to ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We are always happy to provide recommendations for things to do and see in the area, and we are available to answer any questions or address any concerns that may arise during your stay.

We believe that good communication is key to a great guest experience, and we will do our best to make sure you have everything you need to make the most of your time in Edmonton.

Our home is conveniently located only minutes away from Rogers Place, Commonwealth Stadium, Royal Alexandra Hospital, NAIT and shopping centers including Edmonton City Center and Kingsway Mall. Getting around from our home in downtown Edmonton is a breeze! With LRT stations just minutes away, you`ll have quick and easy access to all the best destinations in and around Edmonton. Whether you`re headed to the office, exploring the city`s attractions, or just running errands, you`ll find it simple and convenient to get where you need to go.

Additionally, there are plenty of public transportation options available from Edmonton Transit Service (ETS), Taxis, Uber and if you’re feeling adventurous try an electric scooter from Lime or Bird.

So no matter how you choose to get around, our location downtown makes it effortless to see and do all that Edmonton has to offer!

⭑GUEST VERIFICATION⭑
We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we`ve partnered with Know Your Guest, a leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Before your booking is confirmed, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.

⭑SECURITY DEPOSIT⭑
A security deposit of $300 CAD will be collected prior to check-in. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization and will be automatically released after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay).
A signed short-term rental agreement along with a valid ID is also required prior to your stay.

⭑LOST & FOUND⭑
Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings left behind after your stay. We recommend thoroughly checking the property before departing. Items left behind will be stored for 14 days and then either donated or discarded. Coordinating pickup or delivery of forgotten items will incur a fee.

⭑MAIL & PARCELS⭑
This property does not include mailbox access. Please do not use the address for mail delivery. For postal needs, consider renting a P.O. box at a local post office. For parcels, arrange door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are unable to retrieve or manage mail or packages for guests.

⭑CANCELLATIONS⭑
We adhere to our posted cancellation policy. Please read and understand this policy before booking. To protect yourself from non-refundable last-minute cancellations, consider purchasing travel insurance for the desired level of protection.

⭑RESPECT OUR PROPERTY⭑
Please remember that you`re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no on-site staff 24/7.

Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
★ This is a NON-PARTY home. If we discover an
unauthorized party / event happening at the
property the booking will be immediately cancelled
and no refunds shall be given.

★ Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that
record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with
in any way during your reservation your booking may
be immediately cancelled with no refund given on
the booking amount or the security deposit.

★ Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, and incense
are strictly prohibited in the property.

★ Glitter, confetti, and streamers are not permitted on
the property.

★ All guests must be declared on the
reservation. Any additional guests that arrive without
permission will be vacated off the property for
trespassing. Any unregistered guests will be
charged a $50 additional guest fee per person.

★ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house
is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out
procedures prior to departure.

★ If the property is not vacated by 10 AM, a late check-
out fee of $50 will be applied for each additional 30
minutes.

★ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for
immediate termination and removal from the
property without a refund from Benaiah Security
Ltd. who acts as an agent of the property.

Thanksgiving Weekend with Family

Spent the weekend with our son who’s a NAIT Student. Property was exactly as listed. Justin and Angela were quick to respond to messages. Was perfect for the 3 of us. Close to NAIT and close to Roger’s Place to take in a Hockey Game.

Great Weekend Getaway

Had a wonderful stay, walking distance to our concert at Rogers Place. Place was very clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood and always had space out front for parking. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Edmonton :)

Short Stay Near NAIT

Stayed for a few nights while attending a course at NAIT and the place was exactly as expected. It was extremely clean and the renters were very good to deal with. Would stay again!

Perfect location for me, was exactly what I needed, I was helping my daughter move and needed a place near her apartment and her work. I also needed a quiet neighborhood, and the unit is located on a quiet street. The unit is brand new, beautiful and modern furniture and appliances. You will find everything you need for a longer stay. Pictures are true likeliness and actually it’s more comfortable than expected. If there is a downside it is that the unit is a basement suite. And you can hear the people upstairs walking and talking and doing laundry. It did not bother me as per quiet hours (except for the 3:30 am laundry one night). Parking is on street, was not an issue for me, I have a small car and was there 3 nights midweek in April. The landscaping is not done yet (dirt layes- no grass) but there are concrete sidewalks to lead to unit. The communication was great. I really enjoyed the comfort of the unit and definitely recommend and would stay there again when visiting my daughter in Edmonton. Thank you to Angela and Justin, I hope to stay with you again. Cheers
