Our home does have a separate rental suite in the basement which is also a short term rental. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
You'll have full access to the upstairs of the property during your stay with us! The basement is a separate rental unit, but it can be rented in conjunction with the upstairs assuming we have the availability. If you are interested in renting the entire house, please contact us and we can see if we have it available for you. Feel free to stay in and cuddle up on the couch and enjoy complimentary Disney+ or head out and enjoy the many activities Edmonton has to offer.

Our home is conveniently located only minutes away from Rogers Place, Commonwealth Stadium, Royal Alexandra Hospital, NAIT and shopping centers including Edmonton City Center and Kingsway Mall. The Yellowhead Freeway is also nearby, making it easy for you to get around the city and see all it has to offer. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, come stay with us and experience the beauty and charm of Edmonton for yourself!
Getting around from our home in downtown Edmonton is a breeze! With LRT stations just minutes away, you'll have quick and easy access to all the best destinations in and around Edmonton. Whether you're headed to the office, exploring the city's attractions, or just running errands, you'll find it simple and convenient to get where you need to go.
Additionally, there are plenty of public transportation options available from Edmonton Transit Service (ETS), Taxis, Uber and if youâre feeling adventurous try an electric scooter from Lime or Bird.
So no matter how you choose to get around, our location downtown makes it effortless to see and do all that Edmonton has to offer!

The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization and will be automatically released after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). There are exterior cameras at the front, side & back of the house that record to the cloud 24/7 for your safety and security purposes.
Our home is equipped with a noise monitor that measures the decibel levels inside the house. Please note that the monitor does not record any conversations or sounds. Its sole purpose is to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the property. We kindly ask our guests to respect the noise levels and keep any loud activities to a minimum. In the event that the monitor is tampered with, turned off, or removed, we reserve the right to terminate the guest's stay immediately without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests.
There is a keyless entry to the home in which you will be provided a unique code to access the property during your stay.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
We adhere to our posted cancellation policy. Please read and understand this policy before booking. To protect yourself from non-refundable last-minute cancellations, consider purchasing travel insurance for the desired level of protection.
We are committed to protecting our properties, which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, a leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Before your booking is confirmed, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
â This is a NON-PARTY home. If we discover an
unauthorized party / event happening at the
property the booking will be immediately cancelled
and no refunds shall be given.
â Our home is equipped with exterior cameras that
record to the cloud 24/7. If they are tampered with
in any way during your reservation your booking may
be immediately cancelled with no refund given on
the booking amount or the security deposit.
â Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookah, and incense
are strictly prohibited in the property.
â Glitter, confetti, and streamers are not permitted on
the property.
â Please return the garage door opener - a $150 fee
will be charged if needed to be replaced.
â All guests must be declared on the
reservation. Any additional guests that arrive without
permission will be vacated off the property for
trespassing. Any unregistered guests will be
charged a $50 additional guest fee per person.
â Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house
is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out
procedures prior to departure.
â If the property is not vacated by 10 AM, a late check-
out fee of $50 will be applied for each additional 30
minutes.
â Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for
immediate termination and removal from the
property without a refund from Benaiah Security
Ltd. who acts as an agent of the property.
