Casa Shubha is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home tucked away from the hullabaloo of city life, yet close enough to all amenities to make your stay peaceful and comfortable.

The main house has fully equipped kitchen and living room with ceiling fan, AC, Smart TV and sliding glass doors that lead to the back yard and pool area. Master bedroom has queen size bed, large closet, en suite bathroom, ceiling fan and AC also with sliding glass doors that lead to back yard and pool area. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, ceiling fan and AC unit. 2nd bathroom is in hallway. Washer and dryer are located in entry way.

Back yard has dining table and seating for 6, gas BBQ grill, refreshing pool and 3 loungers.

The independent Casita has 3rd bedroom with ensuite bathroom, small kitchenette, dresser, ceiling fan and AC and sliding glass doors. This Casita is only available for groups over 4.

Villas Nyupa consist of only 5 houses each with its own private entrance, which provides lots of privacy without being isolated.

We are located less than a 1k from Playa Callejones, a short 5min drive to the town of Los Pargos and Playa Negra to the north and then Playa Avellanas and a short 5min drive to Junquillal, Playa Blanca and then Playa Junquillal.

We are close to many restaurants including 1/2 block to Bar Latino which has the best local foods.

Our property manager has been living in the area for almost 17 years and provides full service concierge service. All of your vacation needs will be taken of with great care.
