Walk three blocks to our Cheyenne Medical Center or a couple blocks to our downtown eateries. Enjoy central air, hardwood and tile floors, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, granite countertops and table, oak writing desk, Euro-top queen mattress, marble and porcelain bath, custom made window treatments, and a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar.
The hosts live within three minutes.
The space
This residence is new, with a total renovation having been completed in 2022. It is now ready for your enjoyment. The host has taken great care on the details to ensure that this is one of the most luxurious rental properties in Cheyenne and that it serves your needs.
Historic and New. The appointments are impressive and include quality finishes such as granite countertops, new wood floors throughout, white marble bathroom, and comfortable, quality furnishings. The hosts have spared no expense to ensure that the property is beautiful, inviting, and comfortable, down to all new insulation, new windows, central air, new appliances, and a new full-sized washer and dryer located in the residence. The property is in “Old Cheyenne” and is part of a historic structure, located just three blocks from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and within walking distance to downtown restaurants, amenities, and the State Capitol, and Cheyenne Frontier Day Parades. Take time to stroll over to the Historic Governor’s Mansion, just two blocks away.
Our repeat guests are our greatest source of recognition, and we hope to welcome you to Cheyenne as we have so many other guests.

Check-in after 4 pm unless arranged with Host (let us know your needs). Only someone who has booked is permitted to check-in.
Check-out before 8:00 am unless arranged with Host (let us know your needs).
• Shoes off always at the door.
• We want you to call us anytime there is an issue. We like things working properly! 307-286-0479 Cindy
• We have the right to enter and fix whatever the guest has reported is wrong. We want to coordinate these visits, if possible.
• Parties and loudness are not permitted.
• Enjoy your high speed internet!
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke in our homes. Because smoking is prohibited, smoking makes a home unlivable for the next guest thus $500 per day smoking fee will be assessed.
• All City and State Laws must be followed
• All guests must be approved/authorized by Host. Any undeclared guests will have $200/day fee.
• Turning off the air conditioner, lights and closing windows is expected when you leave the home.
• We clean the home with specific cleaning products, let us know if you need more during your stay.
• All whites (linens, towels, etc.) are laundered only with whites.
• Rugs are washed only at the laundry mat – never in property washer and dryer.
• No pets unless authorized by Host. Violation of this House Rule results in a 100/day fee.
• Extra Cleaning fee (40/per hour) will be assessed if home is extremely dirty after check out beyond what a reasonable guest would normally leave a home in, for example but not limited to:
o Pots and pans in the kitchen sink
o Excessive trash
o Stains on the floor
o Dirty walls, etc.
• Violation of any portion of “House Rules” are grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without refund.
These House Rules are contractual commitments that are binding upon the guest(s). Should any of these provisions be
required to be judicially enforced, the hosts shall be entitled to an award of attorney fees and all costs of litigation.
