Appartement 2 pièces Ville Egon Schiele ****

This review is very unfair and most things are just not true. On other platforms I mostly have 5 Star Ratings and very happy guests. 1. Location: Its exactly where its located on the Map. Its not in the centre - then it would cost three times as much. Its 10 Minutes to the centre with the bus. Normal Residential Area - nothing special around - but still very central. 2. There is no recycling shop in the Building. Its a normal residential Building - There is a shop in ground floor that sell kitchens. The only thing you can hear from the bedroom is when they deliver something - about 2 or 3 times a week - and not in the morning - its done by noon or afternoon. This is due to the beautiful 1890 refurbished old windows in the bedroom. We sealed them to avoid noise 3. There is no Hospital! Next to the Apartment House there is a care centre for about 10 handicapped people. They bring them with a special wheelchair bus. This Guest was parking with his car in the parking zone for the wheelchair bus and freaking out when they complained. You see and hear nothing of this very nice people normally - I don’t know how someone can complain about that. 4. Police and Ambulance all day - just nonsense- There is a normal street (not even a main street) in front of the house. No Hospital around - Bedroom is not on street side anyway. Just not true. 5.) The photos are 100% representing the Apartment. What else? There is nothing that looks different than on the photos. 6.) Hygiene. Actually the Apartment is so clean that you can eat from the Floor. The Bathroom is disinfected before each guests. I stayed in many places already and I never had an Apartment that is as clean as my once. I do it mostly myself and I spend a lot of effort and care in this. Thats really a lie 7.) Kitchen is new and high standard. Faucet was minimal loose - really minimal - but no technical or optical issue. Offered to come and thigten it up - but they didn't want as there was no disturbance due to that anyway 8.) Yes Bedroom is small.. but has a great big bed and expensive good mattress. 9.) Bathroom is also small - open modern shower - what can spill out a little depending how you shower. Most people don't have problems with it 10.) Never refused to give deposit back. They wanted the Deposit cash 1 day before departure and didn't understand that the Deposit is refunded online after their stay. I spend so much love and effort in this place - And the last 170 guests were very happy with it
