This retreat is situated over half of an acre and is close to public boat ramps and great local attractions, including Jacobs Creek Park, Overlook Park, Whitewater Amphitheater, Jacob's Well Natural Area, Wimberley Zipline Adventures, Vaaler Creek Golf Club, and Canyon Lake Gorge.

When it comes to outdoor living, this charming home offers a covered front porch with plenty of seating, an extensive back lawn, a three-burner gas grill, and a detached covered deck with seating where you can hang out and relax. Inside, the air-conditioned open floor plan seamlessly combines the living room and eat-in kitchen. Wind down in the inviting living room, featuring comfortable sofas throughout and a smart TV with streaming services to keep you entertained during your stay. The spacious kitchen has plenty of cabinets to store your groceries, all the appliances needed to prepare culinary masterpieces, and a reverse osmosis (R/O) water tap at the kitchen sink. The main suite has a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Come enjoy all that Canyon Lake has to offer!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The boat and boat shed are not for guest use.
There is a 50 AMP power outlet for electric vehicles available.
Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. For the most current information on the lake water levels and boat access please visit the Canyon Lake Website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
