This beautiful ground floor villa is beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe that lets you kick back and relax. Your open floor plan great room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and coordinating love seat. The great room provides magnificent pond/golf views from the floor to ceiling windows. There's also a man-sized TV with Roku Streaming! Don't forget to bring your devices because Lux Speed WiFi is complimentary throughout the property, too. The view from your patio is so tranquil! Step out your great room door and enjoy your coffee and croissant on the covered main patio while watching the turtles, birds and fish in the large pond right outside. There's ample seating for everyone!

Your kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. The kitchen has wooden cabinetry and white appliances. The kitchen has a view, too!

Step into the dining area and enjoy plenty of seating for everyone! The glass top dining room table comfortably seats 4 with additional seating for two at the bar. Great for all your meals and for game night, too.

This villa boasts a relaxing theme no matter what part of the villa you walk into. The Drifting Shell Main Suite features two queen sized beds with high thread count luxury bed linens. You'll love having direct access to the patio from your main suite via your sliding glass door. There's also a TV in the bedroom with Roku streaming. As you walk into the en-suite private main bath you will find a large single vanity. After a long day at the beach you are sure to enjoy rinsing off in the shower/tub combo and drying off with the fluffy high-quality bathroom towels provided with your rental.

The second full bathroom is located off the hallway and is perfect for those guests sleeping on the sleeper sofa. This bathroom has a single vanity, a walk in shower and is great when everyone is rushing around to get ready to go out for the evening!

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side.
