This luxurious mountain escape is nestled on a private Cul de sac in a stunning aspen grove less than 2 miles from downtown Crested Butte in the Skyland community. World class golf, at the Club at Crested Butte, is 2 minutes away. You can hike and bike right from the house as it borders the Gunnison National Forest! Enjoying the magnificent views from the hot tub on the south facing deck after a long day in the mountains, doing any of these activities, will surely hit the spot.

Walking through the front door, you'll enter a lovely foyer and then enter directly into the ground floor media room. This comfortable gathering space has a gas fireplace, large smart TV with Spectrum cable channels as well as streaming capabilities, a wetbar with a refrigerator, keurig, and sink. Two bedrooms, one with a king and one with two twin beds are also on this floor and share a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The entrance from the oversized two car garage, mudroom and laundry room are all also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs you'll find a very spacious and extremely inviting living area. The recently renovated kitchen boasts and enormous island with seating for 5, anything an aspiring chef could want, and an overall feeling of being "in" the middle of an aspen grove. There is a deck adjacent with a gas grill and a dedicated workspace on the end of the kitchen counter. The dining table, ensconsed by windows and below an impressive antler chandelier, has seating for 8. The living room is quintessentially mountain chic. The gorgeous natural stone wood burning fireplace creates such an inviting atmosphere. You'll want to sink into the leather couch and read a great book or talk for hours with family and friends. There is a large smart TV with spectrum channels and streaming capability. A wetbar with wine refrigerator, sink and ice maker are at arm's length as well as a spectacular view from the hot tub on the south facing deck off of the living room. Outdoor seating is also available. A four person table for overflow dining, working on a puzzle or playing games is tucked in the corner of the living room as well. A guest room with a queen bed is located off the living area as well as a full bath with a shower. The primary suite with a king bed, sitting area, smart TV and ensuite full bath are also located on this floor. The bathroom has a soaking tub, large steam shower with natural stone and a large walk in closet.

Everything has been provided at "Aspen Forest" for a memorable visit to Crested Butte. This property is within 15 minutes to the ski resort.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 30 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind.
