NOUVEAU 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain avec 2 lits queen dans chaque chambre, plus un futon dans le salon. 11 couchages.
Directement sur la plage et dans le bâtiment le plus proche de l'Hôtel. 2 minutes à pied de l'Hôtel (restaurants, bars, Casino, Magasins, Ice Cream, boutiques, Location de Jet ski ...)
Acheté en Novembre 2013 et il est la propriété incroyable, rénové, il a ouvert la cuisine, acheté tous les nouveaux meubles, cuisine et literie, serviettes, etc.

Everything was as pictured and as described. It’s great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and be located right on the resort. I had looked at other locations and I’m very glad I went with this one.

This is our second year visiting and we are already planning our next visit. Accommodations are perfect, location is perfect, having access to the Wyndham’s restaurants it truly is paradise. Thank you Diana and Sandra our stay was wonderful!

Location location. Its perfect and situated next tobthe wyndam so they have redtaurants ammenities and bars just a walk down the beach. We slept 6 very nicely. Negative edge pool looking at the ocean. 15 to el yunque and 15 to luqillo beach. (A MUST). 25 to fajardo to catch your charters on the small islands. Walmart 25 away. We did an online order on the plane and we picked up. Very convienient. Local store on thw corner for booze and fill ins. Overall , awesome.

We had an amazing time! The rooms were perfect for our group of 4 ladies. Having 4 separate beds is hard to find and this VRBO worked out great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the Air conditioning worked well. My friends in the back bedroom mentioned the shower water pressure was tricky in their bathroom and the tubs weren't draining well. I think this could be fixed pretty easily once the owners are aware. Don't let these 2 things deter you. The beach chairs, large cooler, and beach umbrella were very helpful for the day we went to "Balneario La Monserrate Luquillo Beach". We HIGHLY recommend a day a Luquillo Beach. The hot tub at night was soooo relaxing. We'd definitely stay here again.

Adventure in Puerto Rico

We loved our stay at this lovely condo. The beach and pools are very accessible. Beach chairs and sand toys provided. All amenities of home to make quick meals and easy access to explore the activities on the east side of the island. Owner was very responsive with communication and answering questions.

Wonderful Stay

My group had a WONDERFUL stay. The view is perfect! A few floors from the pool and beach makes it so convenient to grab lunch and a drink from the room and head back out. You are able to grab food from the hotel restaurants as well, which is an easy walk! Ubers are challenging to get, but the hotel can get you car!

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

Loved the location, the grounds, the property, with good access to activities within a short driving distance (snorkeling excursions from Ceiba, bioluminescent bay kayaking in Fajardo, ATV riding and hiking in El Yunque Rainforest, great food at Luquillo Beach Kiosks, etc…). Short drive to the bottom of the hill everyday for breakfast at Rico Pan Bakery. The infinity pool was wonderful, with access to walk right onto the beach. The rooms were great—plenty of space and privacy for 4 adults & 2 older teens. Nice extras—washer & dryer, plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Perfect stay for our family of 6!

We had the best time! The location could not be better. Amazing views from the villa, and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, and everything we needed. The beach and pools were wonderful, very clean and uncrowded. We had a great meal at Iguana’s, and the pizza at Roots to Go was good. Off property I recommend Degree 18 juice bar, and the Puertorican Bakery across the highway was quite good. Rio Grande is an easy drive from San Juan, and also well located for El Yunque, Loquillo and Fajardo.

Amazing vacation

Our family ( my daughter, granddaughter , my husband and myself) found this condo to be a great fit. The location is wonderful with easy access to pools and beach. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We did have a few issues upon arriving and they were taken care of immediately…I am very impressed! We would have loved a map of the grounds…It was a little hard to navigate upon arriving. Once we were here, the access to all the restaurants and grounds were amazing. Highlights were zip lining for our 13 yr old and the boat trip snorkeling to Icacos. Great fun. Thank you for making this a memorable trip!! Lisa and Bob

Misleading

The listing is extremely misleading. The pictures are very old. This place is not new or updated. The appliances do not work. There is water damage on walls and ceiling. The only living space is hot even though it lists 2 common areas, there is only 1. There are power surges and outrages daily. Please use caution with this listing. VRBO has tried to contact host and owner and they have ghosted them

The listing accurately represents the property, including one living room. The single photo with a different painting does not imply a second living room. A 2021 profesional video of the entire unit is provided for clarity in this listing. VRBO did not approve a partial refund based on your claims. All appliances were working, as confirmed by your family. The property has three AC units. Power outages occurred during your stay, but the generator kicked in seamlessly. I was always in communication with vrbo. We apologize if we fell short of your expectations and regret that you did not fully enjoyed your stay. Our goal is to provide a positive experience for all guests. Professional pictures and video are from 2021 Note: owners are updating the unit this Sept and Oct which will include painting it , bedroom floors and new furniture. Beautiful!

We had a great visit. The pictures do not do the view adequate justice! It was great to be so close to the restaurants and bars at the hotel as well. Can't wait to go back!

Our Trip 2020

Property was in a great location. The area around the property was phenomenal. We had some minor problems with the place itself. We alerted the property manager the day before we left about the them. Honestly, this was just to forewarn him so that the next guests coming in would not have the same results. I think he may have been under the impression that we were looking for some type of financial restitution. He gave some petty excuses and seemed to be harried, so we told him to ensure the owner(s) was/were made aware of the deficiencies. Not sure it should be classified as luxury though as the place needed some upgrades and clearly - a better housekeeping staff.

I absolutely love our properties and always help our guest find the right property to fit their group, We provide concierge services which inlcude maid services, excursions, grocery pre stock. We recommedn booking all of the excursions prior to arrival to guarantee availability. Once you book we will share our website for all additional services and excursions that you can book directly in our website.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! This is the Best area to stay, The Best Beach Resort Resort, it is less than 10 min from the rainforest. The Resort has 2 18 hole golf courses, a great tennis center, Spa and a Margaritaville Bar & Grill on the Beach. This villas are the closest to the hotel, literally next to it.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Closest to the hotel!! No need to rent a golf cart since everything is walking distance. Unless you wnat the golf cart to drive around for fun. Beach view from everywhere including the Open Kitchen. Unlike other villas it has 2 queen size beds in each bedroom.
