Entendre le son des vagues et sentir les embruns de l'océan. Réveillez-vous au son apaisant des vagues à crête blanche déferlant sur la plage à partir de votre lit king size et ne rien voir, mais l'océan et le ciel. Quelle belle façon de commencer votre journée! TU LE MÉRITES!

Imaginez l'eau turquoise. Une étoile clouté nuit. Tortues qui nagent dans le surf. Pélicans plongeant pour un repas. La scolarisation de poissons d'argent au coucher du soleil. Hutchinson Island est en effet une évasion création d'un séjour de tout repos, romantique et inspirant!

Il ya un jacuzzi ainsi que d'une douche de plain-pied pour votre plaisir.

Une nouvelle télévision écran plat de 48 pouces est livré avec wifi gratuit, télévision par câble, Bleu lecteur ray DVD avec accès www - apporter votre Netflix, Amazon, Pandora et de nombreux autres sites, (vous utilisez propre compte d'accès)

La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils, de nouveaux comptoirs en granit et de nouvelles armoires et un nouvel éclairage encastré.

Vous pourrez également profiter d'un nouveau four micro-ondes et un verre et nouveau haut fourneau / four et un nouveau lave-vaisselle et un nouveau grand réfrigérateur.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux plats, pots et casseroles, et vaisselle. La cuisine a beaucoup d'espace de comptoir; ceux qui aiment la cuisine seront ravis.

Vous aurez votre propre laveuse et sécheuse. Cela vous permet d'économiser temps et argent.

Le salon est entièrement meublé avec deux chaises latérales et canapés marque nouvelle, grande table de salle à manger et une façade en verre huche éclairée. Roi chambre principale de la taille, invité lit queen size

Vous avez votre propre unité de rangement verrouillable dans le sous-sol pour les objets personnels.

Le bâtiment est OCEAN DIRECT et construit sur une pointe de terre qui dépasse de la ligne de côte créer une vue qui est dégagée. Vous pouvez voir des miles du sixième étage mais êtes encore assez près de l'eau pour entendre le bruit de la mer.

Si vous regardez attentivement les photos que vous pouvez voir comment le bâtiment est situé par rapport à son voisin immédiat au nord --- il est également possible de voir la voie navigable intercostale à l'ouest.

Le complexe dispose de 2 belles piscines, une salle commune, des équipements de cuisine en plein air, 2 courts de tennis, et un CAR WASH gratuitement à tout moment vous voulez. Tout ce que vous voudrez peut-être est déjà là ou dans quelques minutes. Tout ce que vous avez besoin sont les clés!


INFORMATIONS SUR LES ENVIRONS:

Hutchinson Island est juste sur le pont de Stuart. Il est situé à 30 minutes au nord de la West Palm Beach. La région est appelée Treasure Coast de la Floride. Un excellent nom pour la région, car il est en effet un «Trésor».

Stuart est la capitale voilier du monde et a été récemment choisie comme la «meilleure petite ville aux Etats-Unis '. Stuart a 11 plages. On est dénommé «baignoire» parce qu'elle est entourée de récifs de corail formant la forme d'une baignoire. Les deux touristes et les habitants aiment se promener sur ces récifs coralliens et la recherche de la vie marine dans la «baignoire».

Orlando et Miami sont à seulement quelques heures de route. Profitez de Disney, Sea World et toutes les attractions d'Orlando ainsi que tout ce que Miami a à offrir encore vivre dans un environnement serein et peu fréquentée. Vous pouvez également conduisez nord jusqu'à la côte et être au Kennedy Space Center et Daytona Beach. Un peu plus au nord, et certainement vaut le détour, est historique St Augustin - la plus ancienne ville des États-Unis. Profitez de la visite du Parc national des Everglades ou la conduite sur l'autoroute à l'étranger pour Key West. Un voyage intéressant par bateau est de suivre 135 mile croix Florida St Lucie canal à travers le lac Okeechobee à Fort Meyers. Il semble que tout est proche et s'y rendre est la moitié du plaisir!

Du grand balcon enveloppant vous pouvez voir les bateaux de croisière ainsi que les dauphins, les tortues de mer (leurs nids sont sur la plage en dessous du balcon), des pélicans et des bateaux de pêche. Marcher pendant des miles, (Hutchinson Island a + de 28 miles de la plage) le long de la plage et profiter de rencontrer d'autres personnes et faire de nouveaux amis. Beaucoup de conversations commencent par demander à quelqu'un - '? Où êtes-vous' Il n'y a vraiment pas de meilleur moyen pour se détendre et profiter de ce que vous avez travaillé pour - pourquoi pas?

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo on Hutchinson Island. The views are spectacular. The condo is nicely furnished. The beds very comfortable. Most everything you need for an enjoyable visit are provided, i.e. beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Raul is easy to work with and responded promptly to any question we may have had. We are looking forward to staying here again! Thanks Raul!

Gorgeous views from a beautiful condo!

What a wonderful experience. The well stocked kitchen and beautifully maintained condo with the best views was perfect. Raul was pleasant to work with. The beach and pools were easy to get to and clean. An easy drive to restaurants and shopping on the Island and Jensen Beach and Stuart.

The room was exactly as advertised. Right on the beach great views and very well equiped.

Had a great time walking the beach and just sitting on porch watching the surfers. Everything you could possibly want stores, mall, within 15 minutes. Free car wash every day nice feature. All we had to do was unpack and start enjoying. Would and have recommended to our friends and family. All ready thinking of returning next year. Thanks again had a awesome time. Hank & Pat Hatzai

A Perfect Place to Stay

This is a wonderful condo to enjoy Hutchinson Island from. Raul is an attentive owner who went out of his way to make us welcome in his lovely home. The views from the condo are spectacular, we enjoyed living outdoors on the balcony from sunrise to sunset. The kitchen is well stocked and the furnishings are beach-y and comfortable. The condo was clean and well maintained. What you see in the photos is accurate to what you'll experience. We had quite a windy month of March which took us away from the beach occasionally. So we took day trips to The Breakers and went on a great food tour of South Beach. Fun things to do. We'd highly recommend this unit in Atlantis III.

A Delightful Winter Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at the condo. The exterior and grounds of the complex are extremely well maintained. Raul and Ingrid have done a very nice job of decorating and stocking the condo. This building is one of the closest buildings to the ocean and therefore has unobstructed views. It's a corner condo with a wrap around balcony. The views to the north are magnificent. The balcony is a relaxing place to either enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. We appreciated the quick response that we always received from Raul. The best compliment that we can give is the fact that we've already booked the condo for next year!

A perfect winter retreat!

My husband and I walked in the door of this rental and felt immediately spoiled, comfortable and at home. Spoiled by the views, which are amazing no matter which way you turn, comfortable and at home by the wonderful apartment which is decorated with lots of attention to detail- textures and colours that reflect the outdoor environment. We recommend this rental highly!

A wonderful month!

We had a terrific month in this condo. The views are wonderful, and we never tired of watching the water from the spacious deck. The condo is well maintained and is accurately represented in the listing. The owners, Raul and Ingrid, have done a great job furnishing and equipping the unit. They are also very responsive, flexible and easy to work with! We recommend this unit without hesitation.

Fantastic stay!

We arrived with trepidation as during the booking process, the condo had changed hands to new owners, Raul and Ingrid. We needn't have worried... as soon as we opened the door we were bowled over. Everything inside this fab corner unit was brand spanking new - and exactly to our picky Welsh taste and spotlessly clean. Raul and Ingrid were also excellent communicators and made it their business to make sure we felt comfortable - even down to the bottle of red wine for us. I am loathe to write too glowing a review (though we would give it 10/10) as we selfishly don't want anyone else to book December next year as we would like to go back again and again and perhaps stay longer. 2/10 Horrible

Not good business man

The place was nice but not without issues. After a long day of travel we got to the condo the keys didn't work and had to disturb a neighbor at almost 10 at night! I have a small child so for him to get in bed was a priority. Two days after we got there the kitchen was taken over by ants! They ate thru 4 packs of pop tarts in original packaging. A month to the day the owner sent me back my deposit only to find out about the mystery charges. I was charged for electric and wifi we never got!!!!! Now I feel like I'm being bullied by the owner! We have booked many stays over the year and this is the first time I've been treated this way!

The review that follows is what Jill wrote. It is posted on the Vacation Home Rentals site. "Owners are really easy to work with we have dealt with some really bad ones over many years. The view and balcony do not disappoint. We voted as a family as we always do at the end of trip and will soon be back. I can't say enough good things about the condo. August in that area is off season so there are very few people around, I think we saw 8 at the most on the beach at one time at most. Awesome place to come and relax. My husband and 11 year old son were freaking out cause there was no wifi me not so much. My son has said MANY times how much he enjoyed the vacation and even thanked me for finding this hidden gem " Jill gave a 4 star rating What Jill posted on Homeaway bears little similarity to what she posted on the Vacation Home Rentals site. My response is---- Every guest is sent 2 keys' --both are needed.Jill lost 1 key. I pay the neighbor next door to help guests with ANY problem be it a key or whatever. Getting into the condo was less than a 5 minute delay. After Jill left the condo we found that Jill had left a box of sugar open in the kitchen cabinet. Anyone knows you do not leave a box of sugar open on kitchen shelves. (Incidentally, Jill told me that her son had only eaten half of the pop tart and left the other half in the cabinet.) My condo is under a pest control program and treated regularly. Jill referred to the "mystery charges" as if they were a surprise. The website clearly shows that all guest pay for their electricity and their internet. Comcast charges 90 cents/day. I passed on the Comcast charge of $6.30 to Jill. I told her I would pass on the Comcast charge when she ordered the internet. Comcast's records show that the service was available when Jill occupied the condo. Jill had the internet available , she did not tell me she did know how to connect.. I have not spoken to Jill after she called (while drunk) several times late at night. I have not "bullied" her in anyway. I do not have anything to do with her---she has problems---many of which I know she creates as a result of excessive drinking. Ironically she entitled her review "Not a good businessman" I retired after 31 years as a Full Professor of Business having taught at major universities. I also worked for several years for GE before getting my PhD degree in BUSINESS. I have been a management consultant for years. Please draw your own conclusions. David

FANTASTIC END UNIT WITH BREATHTAKING VIEWS

Why travel to Florida to spend your vacation on the beach and NOT get the best view available? We travel from Victoria, British Columbia Canada every year for our vacation on the beach and want to enjoy a direct waterfront close to the water. This condo has water views from every window. There are views from both bedrooms, the living room and dining room and the kitchen---and from the 50 foot balcony! The condo has cable HD TV, his speed internet and free telephone calls all across the USA and Canada. The washer-dryer works well. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bath is very relaxing. The social room, pools, tennic courts and barbeque are good places to meet other travelers. We used the free car wash everyday to get the salt spray from the windshield. Severy resturants are close by and the Treasure Coast Mall, also close by, has virtually every thing you need. The TD Band is also close and is really convient for Canadians. We will always return to this condo; in fact. we have already booked it again for 2015 and 2016. The owners are really nice people and try hard to help make your stay comfortable. The Best Value for your Vacation Dollar

My husband and I have vacationed for nine winters in Florida from up state New York. We recently discovered that we could actually rent a 2 bedroom condo for less than we had been paying for motels when total costs are considered. What we learned was that we could have 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a free washer and dryer right in our own condo plus a private balcony large enough to seat as many guests as we could possibly have for less than a motel room! We like and enjoy cooking when we are at home and now realize that a fully equipped kitchen allows us to continue doing this when we vacation when we want to. Sure we enjoy a fine resturant, who doesn't BUT not one meal after another for a month. Too much of a good thing. This condo has a fantastic kitchen and cooking is even better when you can look at either the Atlantic or the Indian River as you prepare a meal. The Atlantis comis the home of wonderful retired people for the most part. They enjoy meeting new "snow birds" and recalling people and places they have been. The people we met around the complex, around the pool and on the beach really made our stay more enjoyable. Having the 2nd bedroom was a great experience. We invited some friends from back home who stayed for 5 nights as well as our daughter and son-in-law for a week. They enjoyed the experience greatly and would not have been able to afford it on their own. It felt good to enjoy the time with them. We wish we had started renting condos earlier. We will definitely be back because we have already scheduled this condo next year. The owners are easy to work with and anxious to please. We highly recommend tis condo on any measure. VERY SIMPLY----THE VERY BEST

The condo exceeded our expectations---it was better than the pictures and the description. The first thing you see when you open the door is the Atlantic. The turquios blue water looks unreal. From the front door it looks like the Atlantic comes right up to the building. The sound of the sea really adds to the feeling of the moment. The condo is very clean. It was freshly painted and was upgraded with a new kitchen from the floor to the ceiling. The new appliances and cabinets and new granite countertops were unexpected pleasures. The furniture is very comfortable. Leather double recliner sofas, large screen TV (free hookup) and free Wi-Fi are included for your enjoyment. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bath was the perfect way to end a perfect day. We enjoyed the corner balcony---the view was fantastic and you could always move to a seat out of the sun. 270 degree views were great---so much more than an inside condo. Having a large size washer&dryer right in the condo saved us a lot of time and money. When our month ended we hated to leave. We will return again. FANTASTIC, UNBELIEABLE BEAUTIFUL VIEW, FIRST CLASS

We have vacationed all over Florida over the last 15 years; having stayed in 8 different condos from the West Coast of Florida, the Gold Coast, the Keys and the Treasure Coast. We intend to always return to Hutchinson Island in the future. We find Hutchinson Island to be, by far, the most relaxing vacation location in Florida while at the same time offering everything we want close by. The Island is a few minutes from Stuart as well as from Jensen Beach,, both of which have great restaurants, shopping and recreation facilities. Golf courses are close by and reasonable. Fishing is great. The condo is excellent. It has been upgraded and has everything one could want. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite counters, appliances, lighting and plenty of storage. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi, the pools and an excellent beach directly accessible from the condo. Our car has never been cleaner! My husband George ran it thru the free car wash everyday; he washed it twice a few days. The owners are anxious to please their guest. They respond quickly to every call and resolve issues that may arise asap. The kitchen faucet started to leak and they had a plumber repair it within a few hours. We recommended the condo to our brother-in-law who, after visiting us, reserved the condo next year. We also plan to return next year and hopefully many more years as time permits.

We purchased this condo for our vacation home as well as a place for our children to enjoy. It is rented on a selected basis. We choose tenants who we feel will appreciate the opportunity to have a nice place to relax and enjoy what they have worked for .

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My wife and I looked at over many condos before we saw this one When we entered we COULD NOT BELIEVE THE VIEW. It was just what we wanted. Hutchinson Island is indeed one of the few unspoiled areas remaining on Florida's east coast.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

A CORNER unit with an unobstructed view of over five miles of white sand beaches, the Atlantic ocean and the Intercostal waterway plus acres of undeveloped forested land. A very large (possibly the largest) 280 SQ FT balcony almost overhanging the ocean on the 6th floor which is an ideal height above the ocean---high enough for long distance views and low enough and close enough to hear---and sometimes feel the spray from the ocean. Inside it has been just remodeled, brand new furniture in all rooms, feels like resorts life style
