Steps to the Sand: Seafront Hideaway w/ Private Pool & Amazing Views

Bliss By The Sea is a unique, rustic beachfront property yards from a long sandy beach and the Caribbean Sea on the South Coast in Treasure Beach. It is a lovely, secluded property in an untouched location.

Wake up to the sound of waves at this laid-back 4-bedroom beach house. Enjoy barefoot access to the sand, a private pool, daily home-cooked meals by friendly staff, and 1950s retro island vibes. Perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers seeking peace, authenticity, and coastal charm.

NOTE: the standard (not Christmas or New Year's week) rental rate is $330/night for a 1-bedroom (1-2 guests) + US$20/guest/day.

BLISS BY THE SEA is a fully restored rustic, art deco home built in the 1950s that has been brought up to date in a picturesque setting. With 4 bedrooms, the villa can sleep 1-7 guests.

The 4th bedroom for the 7th guest is for a child or young teen ONLY, no adults; it has a child-size bed.

The primary bedroom is in the main house, and 3 additional bedrooms circle the interior courtyard. Bliss By The Sea complements the natural beauty of its setting.

Guests have access to the entire house (no other guests) - - courtyard, kitchen/dining/living area, patio, pool, and gazebo.

Located on one of the most pristine beaches in Treasure Beach, Jamaica, Great Bay Beach. Frolic in the sea or enjoy the pool and sun deck, perfect for sunbathing or sipping a cocktail while taking in spectacular sunsets. All the modern conveniences are available: satellite TV in the living room, complimentary WiFi, a well-equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, full services provided (cook and housekeeper), and a wonderful ambiance.

The beach house is tastefully furnished in a clean yet rustic fashion with rich tile floors, teak furniture, and Jamaican art. The large, open-concept dining/living area and the primary bedroom have sets of French double doors that open directly onto the covered verandah and a large pool with direct views of the Caribbean Sea.

The interior courtyard with a patio offers an additional lounge area. On the other side of the property, tucked away in the shade of Lignum Vitae trees, is a wooden gazebo with a picnic bench and hammock -- an idyllic spot to enjoy a meal, read a book, take a nap, or just relax.

The property is very private, down a long, unnoticed driveway.

The name of the property is perfect.

Bliss by the Sea, The best place I have ever stayed. Everything was perfect. Ever better than the listing.Jennifer the house keeper/cook is a great person. Her daughter that also helped her is equally as great. The were great cooks. Very prompt, very respectful. I would love to come back and stay again. We visited with the neighbors, hung out with the locals. Very welcoming community. The day we were leaving the guys at the shop were you turned into the drive way invited us to a party at their yard that night. Wish we had one more night!

Absolutely perfect!

Bliss by the Sea was absolutely amazing. From top to bottom, this is our favorite vacation ever. Starting with our pick up from the airport. Our driver, Mark, was a great communicator which made him easy to find. He was super friendly out of the gate. Stopped at a jerk place along the way since our party hadn’t really eaten. We arrived to meet Jennifer and Shamara who had dinner waiting for us. They took such good care of us the entire time. Anything we asked for they delivered! They anticipated everything. And this house!!!! It’s just so well appointed and perfectly situated. We would go from the sparkling clean pool to the ocean (which was really only us) and back to the pool to lounge around, read, listen to music, snack, play games, it was really exactly what we all needed. Mark was available and able to drive us to any activities we had planned. Speaking of planning, Nicole the manager was so helpful. She answered all our questions quickly and thoughtfully be it money exchange or spots for lunch or helping us organize a tour. Other things of note: the beds were comfy, the showers were hot, the WiFi was pretty good and only failed us one night and that’s when it was pouring rain. We can’t say enough good things about this place and we can’t wait to return. Do yourself a favor and book a couple extra days longer than you think you’ll need, you’ll want them. Thank you Bliss by the Sea!!!
