Beautifully remodeled and stylishly appointed, this top-floor, two-story condo sits adjacent to Sandstone Creek. The coveted end position invites tons of additional light through extra windows in every room, framing the surrounding landscape and letting in the year-round sounds of the creek.
The interior is modern and elegant with a rustic twist, from the exposed ceiling beams to the gas fireplace encased in stone. Enjoy a spacious living area with a cozy oversize couch facing the fireplace, perfect for lounging after a day exploring. The main-floor balcony features a sectional seating area and a grill for your outdoor enjoyment. Just off the primary bedroom is a three-season porch equipped with yoga and workout equipment (light weights) and a desk with a second monitor and ring light for remote work and Zoom calls. High-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer make this condo perfect for extended stays.

Stroll 100 yards to reach the North Trail Trailhead or pick up the free bus (Sandstone Route) just beyond the parking lot to Vail Village (an eight-minute ride). The Colorado Snowsports Museum and Hall of Fame (two miles), Betty Ford Alpine Gardens and amphitheater (two miles), and Beaver Creek Resort (13 miles) are close by as well.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises (the entire complex).
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Ski shuttle details: You are on the Sandstone route. The bus is FREE. The bus picks up on Vail
View Drive at two locations. You can walk through the Sandstone parking lot that’s to the East
of our building and up the stairs there, you’ll see a bus stop across the street at the intersection
of Sandstone Road and Vail View Drive, just to the East of the top of the stairs. OR, you can
walk between buildings A and B across the parking lot from our unit, up the stairs and turn left
at the top when you hit Vail View Drive. You’ll see the bus stop building on the left about 50
yards down the road. The bus schedule can be found on www.vailgov.com or by googling Vail
Bus Schedule. It changes slightly depending on the season. Bus schedules are on the counter
for your convenience as well.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
