823 Bonito Road - Golf Cart and Resort Access Included!

823 Bonito is a lovely 3 story home located centrally on Fripp Island with a beautiful marshland view! This pet friendly, custom 5 bedroom, 4.5-bath home was built on an oversized lot with plenty of room for family fun or events with Google Smart Home capabilities for your convenience. Just a short walk to the beach or marina, this house is located amidst golf, pools, marina shops, tennis, and the beach! There are 2 stories of wrap-around porches, allowing you to take advantage of the marsh view from all bedrooms on the back of the home. This home will comfortably sleep up to 11 comfortably.

Starting on the 2nd floor, the primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bath. Also on the 2nd floor is a bunk room with a full bottom and twin on top, a queen bedroom and a tv room with a twin daybed with trundle and laundry area. All bedrooms in the home besides the tv room have an en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo! The TV bedroom has a private balcony, a great place to overlook Bonito Road and the surrounding area. All other bedrooms have access to the wraparound decks on their designated floor.

On the 1st floor, you'll find a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, and a half bath located near the entry for easy access. The open kitchen has brand-new appliances, countertops, a drip and Keurig coffee maker and houseware allowing you to stay in and cook your favorite meals. There is an undercounter icemaker at the bar and an icemaker in the fridge for those hot summer days! A large, open living space combines the entry, dining room and kitchen for plenty of space to be together.

Features of the home include high-speed wireless internet throughout the house, 6 Roku TV's (one in each bedroom and the living room) with smart tv capabilities and YouTube TV Streaming Services and Music. Google Smart Home Capabilities allow hands free commands throughout the home and on the main deck. Just say, hey google turn on the music! Other features include a basketball hoop in the driveway (byobasketball), cornhole and a 2nd fridge in the spacious garage/carport. Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
