MesaVerte Residences is located in the middle of the busy Corrales and Osmeña Streets of Brgy. 26, Cagayan de Oro City. This particular studio room is at Tower 3, 6th floor.

1) Wifi kit is available for guest’s use for free but load top-up shall be at guest’s expense.
2) Parking slot rental is at ₱300/night subject to availability. Earlier arrangement is required to secure the slot. Undesignated parking is prohibited.
3) Free swimming pool usage for up to 2 guests (chargeable from 3rd guest). Fee for day use (6am-6pm) is ₱200/pax and ₱300/pax for night use (6pm-9.30pm). Open on Tuesdays to Sundays. Mondays are for maintenance.
4) Gym fees per pax:
₱100 php for day use (6:00am to 6:00pm)
₱200 php for night use (6:00pm to 9:30pm)
5) Please leave our place as tidy as possible. Guests are requested to tidy the place when checking out.
6) Sticking or putting anything on the walls is not allowed as it may damage the paint.
7) All appliances are working well and tested prior every check-in. These appliances will be checked upon check-out to ensure no damage has been done. If damages found, guest will be accountable and shall pay for damage fee. Fees vary depending on the item damaged.
8) Hot & cold shower available at bathroom. We provide maximum 2 towels per booking. Extra towel is chargeable at ₱150/pc (from 3rd piece).
9) No heavy cooking allowed to maintain cleanliness. But guests can use the rice cooker, electric kettle, common utensils provided in the unit.
10) The unit is a 20sqm studio and is good for 3 guests. We do not have an extra bed/mattress for extra guests. Extra guest after 3 pax is chargeable at 300/pax/night if guest so requested. Undeclared guest is strictly unallowed.
11) Pets are not allowed. And smoking is strictly prohibited.
12) Cancellation and rescheduling is not allowed. Fees shall be non-refundable.
13) We will not be responsible to any property damages, injury of people and lost items caused by guests and/or caused to the guests during their stay period.
14) Early check-in and/or late checkout shall be charged at ₱200/hr and shall be subject to available and prior arrangement.
15) Guests must comply to the property management’s policies, rules, regulations, and the like imposed from time to time. Any penalties imposed due to violation, nuisance, damages, and the like, shall be at guest’s sole expense.

Requirements:
1) Guest to provide an active mobile number for ease of communication.
2) Guest to submit a copy of ID (each guest) prior check-in. NO REQUIREMENT, NO CHECK-IN Policy.
