This lavishly appointed beachfront 3 bd/3 bath residence is located in the privileged oceanfront boutique development šBeachfront Flatsâ with a pristine white sand beach and azure Sea of Cortez as its backyard. The property is professionally designed in a contemporary coastal style with high-end furniture and appliances. Guests will have access to the private Vera-Neo beach club, steps away from the condo's terrace, featuring see-through infinity edge pool, jacuzzi, restaurant and bar, gym.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Master bedroom has a king size bed and a private full bathroom.
Guest bedroom #1 has 2 queen size beds and a full bathroom.
Guest bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a shared full bathroom.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
- Max occupancy - 8 people. No kids under 10 are allowed.
- A minimum of 3 night stay is required.
- A minimum of 7 night stay for holidays (Dec 20th - Jan 4th) is required.
- A minimum of 11 night stay is required if your dates include both 25th and 31st of December.
- A refundable security deposit of $1,000.00 USD is required.

Please note that after you make your booking, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest, purchase a damage waiver OR process a refundable damage deposit and sign the guest agreement.

San José del Cabo is beautiful and charming town located just 7 miles from the Beachfront Flats, with many good restaurants, shops, and world-class galleries.
The Marina in San Jose del Cabo is just 3 miles away. It has a beautiful design and construction. Its full operation unfolds as more boats utilize the facility for activities like sportfishing, whale watching or simply cruising the sparkling sea.
Beginning just north of San José where the Beachfront Flats are located, the East Cape stretches nearly a hundred miles along the Sea of Cortés eastward and northward past Los Barriles. The East Cape is also the surfing and windsurfing center of Los Cabos, as well as being home to the more remote Cabo Pulmo which draws divers to the most northerly coral reef in the Pacific.
El Encanto Villas provides luxury vacational rental services for the exclusive boutique Beachfront Flats building. El Encanto Villas is dedicated to making your experience unforgettable. The community is absolutely beautiful and we pride ourselves on the product and the services that we are able to provide our clientele. From personal chefs, in home spa services, grocery stocking, to outdoor activities, we can assist in making your rental experience unforgettable. The community is like no other in Los Cabos, off the beaten path in a quiet and private setting surrounded by pristine Baja desert and the Sea of Cortez. This is a natural playground and we can help you find many ways to enjoy it.
Parking
Please stop at Beachfront Flats main gate/entrance and advise our staff of your arrival. If you have your own vehicle or a rental car they will indicate your parking slot, please leave your luggage in the car until check- in time. If you are arriving via commercial transportation, we will tag and store your luggage until your Flat is ready.
Check-in
A Beachfront Flats host will meet you at the parking garage and take you to your Flat if itâs ready and that's where we will take care of paperwork and any questions you may have.
If you arrive before your Flat is ready, you are welcome to wait at the Beach Club/Restaurant, change into a swimsuit and relax by the pool. If you would like to have lunch, you can make your reservation at the Vera-Neo Restaurant.
Your residence will be ready for you at 4:00pm (check-in is at 4pm because each of our residences receives a deep cleaning that is scheduled after every check out. Since these are homes and not hotel rooms, the time requirement is significant).
At approximately 5:00 pm, we will locate you and escort you to your residence. We will spend approximately 30 minutes introducing you to your Flat if this is your first time with us at Beachfront Flats.

The transportation options to get to the property are renting a car, taxi or private transportation. We help our guests with the different options available and getting the best prices. If you plan to visit town frequently, renting a car is highly recommended.
