The only downside is the mosquitoes!! . Bring along good bug spray. Great property for a family or two couples. Plenty of room. It was a great weekend!

Deer hunting stay

The cabin was a perfect place for me and my brothers to spend the weekend deer hunting out of. Plenty of comfy beds, a perfect kitchen for dinner and cards, couldn't have asked for anything better.

Property was comfortable and well appointed. The only thing we missed was internet coverage.

Family reunion

It was exactly what we needed. We needed a place close to Waubee Lodge where we were having a birthday party and near our family reunion in Wabeno. We had everything we needed. It was cozy and had plenty of space.

This place is great. It is convenient for UTV riding. It is very clean and comfortable. The host is quick to respond and friendly. We will be back. We had 3 couples staying and there was plenty of room in the kitchen and living room. We were able to park the UTV’s in the garage so we didn’t have frost or dew on them for our ride in the morning.

Big and Cozy!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this property! The house was perfect for our family of five—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds and sheets were especially cozy, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen.The kids loved the swing set in the yard, and we all enjoyed the great selection of DVDs for some relaxing downtime. The couch is very large and comfortable. The location was ideal—very private and peaceful, yet just a very short distance to Waubee Lodge.This was such a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Atv weekend!

The property was very nice. The yard was very big and open which made it easy for us to get our trailer turned around. The house was bigger than it looks like from the outside. It was very clean and very well organized. We had everything we needed already there. We will definitely be back!

Perfection

This was a perfect weekend away to relax & unplug! We enjoyed a campfire in the pit both nights we were there and the proximity to the UTV trails made it an easy in & out. We had everything you could think of for preparing meals. We definitely recommend & would stay agin. Clean. Spacious. Warm.

Great Northwoods Location

Quiet and comfortable but expect to be disconnected from the outside world completely. No Tv no Wi-Fi no cell phone service there is a dvd player but no where in town to rent any movies. Also unless I missed them there are no outdoor chairs so plan to bring some . Maybe I missed them in the garage ?

Thank you, Wendy. We appreciate your feedback. We did list in our amenities section of the property description that we do not have WiFi. We are sorry if that wasn't more clear in the way things are laid out on Vrbo descriptions. We have also been working with TV providers, as we mentioned in our welcome book, to try to get something working in our neighborhood. We were able to finally get DISH network up and running, unfortunately after your stay. It has been a challenge on our property because it is tucked in a wooded area. We have also gone through all of our DVDs to see if any of them needed to be removed, and we have removed any that had scratches. There is a bigger selection available. We apologize for the inconvenience, but being in the northwoods in such a heavily wooded area provides challenges, and we are trying our best to improve without having to up our prices . We've had discussions with many neighbors, and Wifi is outrageously priced, and not that great. We are a new at rentals, so we are striving to make our place a comfortable and affordable space for our guests. We thank you again for your feedback, and we are sorry your stay was not a five star. Thank you for giving us a try.

Spacious accommodation with all the amenities of home. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils and dishes. Large refrigerator and gas stove. All the bedrooms were comfortable and well kept. Lots of parking as we had a ten-foot trailer which we could easily turn around in parking area. Outside area has a firepit and chairs are available. Hosts were great to work with and were available via text or phone if required. Would highly recommend as we have stayed there three years now with no issues. Very good value for your money.
