Our home is in the middle of the world renowned 3 mile Treasure Cay Beach on Ocean Blvd. Treasure Cay beach was voted in the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world by National Geographic.

This property has 3 fully air conditioned buildings on it. The main house, a 3 bedroom guest cottage and a second floor 2 bedroom coach house suite with an incredible view to the Sea of Abaco, the beach and outlying cays. It also has a large 20’ x 50’ swimming pool if you prefer fresh water to ocean water with an awesome children's wading area. The pool can be fenced for an additional charge payed upon arrival to the property manager. The pool can be heated for an additional fee if you wish it to be warmer than the air temperature.

You may be sharing the pool and beach with guests in the other units. This property is for people who like peace and tranquility accompanied by long beach walks with spectacular ocean/beach views. Brendal's Dive Centre on Green Turtle Cay offer day outings with snorkelling, petting the stingrays and beach lunches.

The 2 bedroom fully air conditioned second floor coach house suite has a master bedroom with king bed. The ensuite bathroom has 2 sinks, hair dryer, and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds with a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo and 2 sinks, etc. There is a TV in the open concept living area with local cable & internet. The small kitchen is equipped with a 2 burner electric element, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, nespresso (bring your own original capsules) blender, kettle, along with all the usual items you need in a kitchen. There is a grill outdoors. NOTE THERE IS NO OVEN. On the deck there is patio furniture and a dining table. There is an outdoor shower near the beach to rinse off the sand and salt. Maximum guests is 4. Children are welcome keeping in mind there are 20 steps up to the second level suite.

Access to the washer and dryer in the garage is provided.

The main grocery store, Maxwell’s, is in Marsh Harbour but there is a convenience store in Treasure Cay.

You will need to rent a car or golf cart to get around. Car rentals are available at the Marsh Harbour Airport. Boat rentals are available in the TC marina . Abaco tours can be reached at 242-577-4436. Cash's carts in TC will deliver a cart to the house upon request. Our home is a 15-20 minute walk to the village. There are 2 restaurants in Treasure Cay: Bahama Beach club and Treasure Sands open for lunch and dinner. Dinner reservations are a must. Florence’s bakery is open in Treasure Cay for breakfast, lunch and take out. There is also a pizza restaurant down the road.

Pets are not permitted and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Renters are not permitted to adjust pool settings and must speak to the property manager if something needs to be adjusted.

Check-in after 3pm and check-out by 11am. Cleaning fee included.

Getting there:

Marsh Harbour Airport (MHH) is your best port of entry from the US or Nassau. It’s a 40 minute drive to Treasure Cay from the airport. Taxi’s are always waiting at the airport and will happily stop at the grocery store in Marsh Harbour and wait. Taxi’s only take cash - US or Bahamian $ trade equally. Most other stores take credit cards. There is a liquor store in Marsh Harbour$ as well as in Treasure Cay$$$ and outside the TC gates on the highway $$. If you have never been to Treasure Cay and arrive late in the day we recommend hiring a taxi, getting all the groceries you need for your stay, and going to the property where you can rent a golf cart. Book the taxi to pick you up for your return to the airport.

Treasure Cay has an airport as well if you are flying by private plane or charter with a Customs agent to be arranged in advance.
