This a open space ranch style home on a single level. There only 3 steps to access the property front and back, with no additional steps inside of the home.

Guest access:
Guest will have exclusive access to this entire property. Please feel free to reach out with any questions that you may have.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. You are allowed to smoke in the backyard.

★ NO PARTIES/MESSAGE FOR EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. If you would like to host an event please message us for more details.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PET FEES★
We do allow pets for $150 per pet. Up to 2 dogs are allowed to stay.

★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 8)★
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed perfect for 2 guests
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed perfect for 2 guests
Bedroom 3: 1 Double and 1 Single trundle sleeps 2 total guests. There is also a crib in this room.
Living Room (Two Options): 1 Twin air up mattress sleeps 1 guest and the futon couch sleeps 1 guest


★ SECURITY CAMERAS★
Exterior Video ring camera is located at the front of the home and it records the front of the house during the reservation and nothing on the inside the house. It is for the security of the house and it does not record anything inside the house, but only outside to make sure the house is safe and protected.

Remote Control Replacement Fee: Guests are responsible for ensuring that all remotes remain in the property and in working condition. A $150 fee will be charged for any lost or damaged remote to cover the cost of replacement, compatibility, and setup

Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
