Our luxury 2-bedroom Villa - sleeps 6 in an ideal family friendly location. The Villa is a 1350 square foot end unit with a screened-in porch overlooking a quiet pond. It is across from one of 2 pools in the complex and convenient grilling areas.
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, the guest bedroom has 2 twin sized beds that can be converted to a king size bed upon request. The Living room has a sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 people. The master bath is newly updated with a luxury shower and double sink. The guest bathroom has a double sink and an updated bathtub/shower. Plenty of closet space in both areas with dressers and nightstands. Each bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen TV. The living room has a full-sized sofa, loveseat, and lounge chair, and flat screen TV.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffeemaker. It includes all dishes, glassware, pots and pans, assorted utensils/knives, & silverware - all you need for your family of six! The laundry room is off the kitchen area with a stackable washer and dryer. Upon arrival you will find all linens, towels, kitchen starters of dishwasher pods, coffee, laundry soap and hot pads and kitchen towels.

The Villa is managed by the Westin Resort Hotel on Port Royal Plantation. Guests have full use of all their ocean-front pools, dining areas, fitness center, Heavenly Spa, and beach access. Included is free golf for 4 players daily (only cart fee) on 4 different 18-hole courses - Robbers Row, Barony, Shipyard, and Aurthur Hills at Palmetto Hall*. Also included is an hour of free tennis or pickleball daily and free shuttle service to the beach, hotel, golf courses, and Shelter Cove Shopping and Restaurant Area.

Upon arrival... You will check in at the Westin Resort Hotel and receive your condo/villa packet containing the cards for free golf and tennis, entry code to the condo, parking pass, and the number of Westin wrist bands that allow you free access to the Westin amenities.

All that is required of you is to arrive and prepare to... unwind, relax, play, have fun, chill out, put your feet up, take it easy...the list goes on!
