Breathtaking Ocean Front View

Fully air-conditioned one bedroom apartment; accommodates up to two (2) people. The bedroom features a breathtaking view of the ocean and has a King size bed, large dresser and closet. The recently remodeled bathroom is just outside the bedroom and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels.
      In the living room there are two comfortable lounge chairs and a sofa as well as a TV with cable TV. The dining table accommodates up to four people. From the living area you have direct access to a balcony which looks directly onto the ocean. The brand new and very clean kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The kitchen also features a counter with two stools. The entire apartment is equipped with WiFi.
     A short walk from the property there are restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, pharmacies, hotels, and casinos. Old San Juan, Ocean Park and Condado are just a short 15-minute drive away and the airport is just 10 minutes away by car.

Very nice stay. Market Place had best Mojitos! Playa Papaya had awesome breakfasts!

Very safe, clean. Uber was best way to travel into Old San Juan.

Maria Bauza was excellent in making sure my needs were met. Very nice place and clean.

Nice place, clean and accessible to the beach and shops. I felt like I was at home. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean and safe place.

Amazing and cozy!

The apartment was great! I very well located, close to restaurants, groceries, The owner was very courteous and available to help us when I had questions. Overall I will rent this property on my next trip back to PR.

Balcony was our favorite spot!

Lovely view overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean. Nice accommodations. Comfortable bed. Near our favorite restaurant Alambique as well as stores and casinos. Bus costs 75 cents to go to San Juan each way. Great location!

Amazing property

The location of this property is perfect for a fun vacation. Beach and Pool are easily accessible and many restaurants you can walk to are nearby. Waking up and drinking a cup of coffee looking at the sunrise was the best part. The property is clean and well maintained. We will definitely consider renting it again in the future.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and very comfortable. No issues with anything in this condo. Fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. Gated property with assigned parking spot. Felt very secure here. Close to supermarket and airport. Will definitely stay here in the future without hesitation!

Kim made check-in flawless and communication with Maria was also quite simple. This rental is all about location location location. Everything you need in a one bedroom rental is here. Nothing bad to mention at all!

Excellent property. Great access to the beach. Breath taking ocean v iew.

We enjoyed very much our stay. Although there were some issues with the bathroom shower; either the water came out too cold or too hot. The only cleaning detergents were a bottle of dish liquid and clorox, nothing to clean the glass/top dining table or kitchen countertops. Everything else was fantastic.

business/vacation combo in San Juan

One bedroom apt was comfortable, excellent balcony. Local manager very responsive when called. Pool 25 meters, separate kids area, so lap swimming excellent. Terrific ocean beach for body surfing. On bus line to Old San Juan and Santurce commercial area. Use Uber, less than half the price of local taxis.

Beautiful view of Puerto Rico!

The condo was wonderful! The view is amazing. The place was very clean and it has everything one would need to cook, eat, sleep, or clean up! There were plenty of towels, dishes, and cooking utensils. There was a cooler which made taking drinks to the beach easy and cool. The 2 sets of keys made the stay convenient since to enter the building or the beach one must scan a fob for the doors to open. We felt safe and comfortable (btw the bed was very comfortable!). I would stay again in an instant when we come back to "Wonderful Puerto Rico!"

Awesome Ocean View room.

Great room with Ocean view. Nice and airy. Ceiling fan in bedroom to keep air moving makes it very nice inside. Great winds of the ocean kept room very comfortable. Never had to turn on AC. Bed is so comfy it is hard to get up in morning. Room also has nice coach and chairs to sit and enjoy ocean from balcony. 1st trip to Puerto Rico, I stay in hotels rooms 280 days a year; this rental beats all of them. Rental process was easy and we got a nice apartment for less than a cheap room in a hotel. I would love to come back here. Many stores and restaurants close by in walking distance for all of ones needs. Very, Very Nice

As Advertised and More

This apartment is as advertised and more! Located in the heart of Isla Verde with access to Santurce, Viejo San Juan and all other major points of interest for vacationers to Puerto Rico. The unit itself is excellently maintained and includes all of the amenities in a accommodation that a couple would want for a stay on the beach. The view is awesome and the access to the beach alone makes this a place to visit. It's proximity to a wide range of dining options, and to basic shopping needs are also a plus. My hope is to visit here again in the near future. The property owner/ manager was attentive and responsive to all inquires and the staff at the condominium were equally pleasant and helpful. I hope this review captures how lucky we feel to have found this gem! Best to all in your vacation planning.

Spot on!

The rental process through Kim was beyond easy. Check in was a breeze and she went above and beyond to accommodate us for check out. Now about Maribel and the condo. The unit was actually nicer than the pictures showed. The ocean view from the balcony or anywhere in the unit was priceless. The bedding was better than any hotel I’d ever seen, no joke. We had a rental car and again, parking in the garage downstairs was a breeze. Location is perfect if the beach is your thing. Tons of restaurants/eateries a quick walk in any direction. We had a relatively short stay but the place is A plus as advertised. For two people, I wouldn’t hesitate again. Big shock, highly recommend it.

Comfort and cleanness are our top priority, as well as making sure our guests have a wonderful experience. This apartment has a breathtaking view of the ocean and exquisite natural ventilation. The white sand expansive beach and large swimming pool are right there as you exit the lobby of the condo. The unit includes a paring spot as we encourage our guests to go out at experience not only Old San Juan but the many other attractions Puerto Rico has to offer.

Wonderful location -Immaculate apartment

We booked this condo apartment for five days on short notice and quickly received confirmation, but no information on how to access the unit on arrival. Later found out that Kim (the manager) had become ill and the arrival info slipped through the cracks. When we arrived in Puerto Rico, I called Kim and did get the required information. After moving into the unit, we realized that the TV and internet did not work. Kim sent her assistant Maria over to check out the situation, but she was not able to determine the problem. She did contact the owner which was required by the local cable company for them to work the problem. The owner contacted me and made a three way connection with the cable company (speaking Spanish) to trouble shoot possible problems. The company was not able to determine the problem and the next afternoon said that they would not be able to send a technician out for three days. We asked for the refund policy due to this situation and were granted a refund for the unused days if we decided to seek other accommodations. Maria, Kim, and the owner all did everything they could to resolve a situation that was truly beyond their control. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised and I would not hesitate to make a reservation here in the future or recommend this location to friends and family. The unit was in immaculate condition and the ocean view absolutely beautiful from the balcony. We did move into another unit in the same condominium (through a local agency) and will admit that it had not been maintained to the standards we saw in the first unit. My wife and I are elderly with some medical issues that prevent us from going out in the evenings, so we rely on TV and internet for entertainment. Everyone associated with the initial reservation were very understanding and we would like to commend them for their professionalism and courtesy.

Although we give our 100% to keep the property in high quality standards sometimes things happen that are totally out of our control, in this case a malfunction of the cable company. In situations like this, where our guests were elderly and Cable TV and Internet were a total need we decided to grant them a refund.

My husband and I are newlyweds and decided to escape our daily routine for a breath taking view of the beach! The property manager Maria, was serve more of the “concierge” and was always responsive in a matter of minutes! The property had EVERYTHING We needed!

Beautiful View of the Ocean

We felt very comfortable. Kim and Maria were very helpful in answering our questions. The view from our balcony of the ocean was beautiful. We spent mornings with our coffee sitting out there, as well as evenings. Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful area. Nice apartment. Regarding parking space very disappointed. Owner did not tell us about construction inside. Very hard to find parking outside. $5 dollars parking everything time in and out adds up 🤦‍♀️.
