The bedroom features a breathtaking view of the ocean and has a King size bed, large dresser and closet. The recently remodeled bathroom is just outside the bedroom and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels.
   In the living room there are two comfortable lounge chairs and a sofa as well as a TV with cable TV. The dining table accommodates up to four people. From the living area you have direct access to a balcony which looks directly onto the ocean. The brand new and very clean kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The kitchen also features a counter with two stools. The entire apartment is equipped with WiFi.
   A short walk from the property there are restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, pharmacies, hotels, and casinos. Old San Juan, Ocean Park and Condado are just a short 15-minute drive away and the airport is just 10 minutes away by car.
