First tracks are in your future at Buttercup Ridge, a contemporary SKI IN/OUT mountain retreat right off Buttercup Chairlift! This peaceful 2BR/3BA cottage is year-round perfection, surrounded by alpine forest and adjacent to hiking/biking trails. Modern comforts abound with a detached garage, private hot tub, fully appointed kitchen, wood burning fireplace, private patio w/ BBQ, spa-like ensuite, and in-unit washer/dryer. Family friendly w/ pack n' play, high chair, + all ages games/books.
At Bespoke Properties, our priority is focusing on the little details to make sure you have the most relaxing and comfortable stay possible. We're LOCAL and here when you need us!
Upon booking you'll receive a custom Digital Guidebook with our favorite local recommendations and house manual, as well as access to concierge add-ons for purchase in our Marketplace like transportation arrangement, mid-stay cleans, grocery delivery, dog walking, and itinerary planning. We want your visit to be completely carefree!
All of our properties use self check-in; door code sent three days prior to arrival.
Tamarack Resort is a four-season destination 90 miles north of Boise; it's the perfect basecamp for your west central Idaho adventures, located between the recreation opportunities in Cascade and McCall or those further afield. Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers year-round recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, and motorized and non-motorized water sports. Tamarack also offers a host of on-site dining and leisure activities, to include a spa, pickleball courts, and disc golf course. Be sure to check their schedule for hosted events and activities.
You'll have the entire home to yourself, including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, covered deck, detached garage, + private hot tub.
Be sure to confirm operability of the Buttercup Chairlift with Tamarack Resort, as operations are snow-level dependent.
You'll also have access to the numerous amenities offered by Tamarack Resort; gas firepit at the Lodge at Osprey Meadows, pickleball courts, disc golf, and resort cross-country hiking/biking trails. This property doesn't have access to the Lodge fitness center, pool, or hot tub, but don't worry--the mountain is your gym, Lake Cascade is the perfect place to take a dip, and you've got your own private hot tub at the house!
Located in the serene Clearwater neighborhood of Tamarack Resort and adjacent to the Buttercup Chairlift, Buttercup Ridge is the ideal ski in/out basecamp for all of your Tamarack and Valley County adventures! This rustic yet modern three-story townhome feels incredibly private, with mountain views to the west and forest views to the east. Quick access to the Buttercup Trail System and groomed Nordic trails makes this the ideal location for summer hiking/biking, as well as winter exploring! Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Open concept main level features a full bath with stand-up shower (you also have the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer), fully equipped kitchen for your cooking and baking needs, cozy living area with a wood burning fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and plenty of windows to take in the scenic mountain views. Have a great night's sleep on the new Queen-sized sofa sleeper!
PRIMARY BEDROOM
Enjoy the comforts of your King bed and relax in the spa-like ensuite, complete with a large soaker tub and separate shower. The primary bedroom is on the second floor.
GUEST BEDROOM
The downstairs guest bedroom has a Queen bed as well as a private bathroom. It's located in the daylight basement, with direct access to the hot tub on the back patio.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Buttercup Ridge has an exceptionally private covered back patio, and it's the perfect place to start your day with coffee and the sounds of nature; you can also have a cookout on the gas BBQ grill. A soak in your private hot tub is the perfect way to aprĂšs or unwind after a day on the mountain. FYI This property does NOT have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort, and we recommend opening windows in the evening and closing them during the day.
PARKING
Guests will have access to a one-car detached garage, and the driveway can accommodate one additional car. For Guests with over-sized vehicles or boats, parking permits can be purchased from Tamarack Outfitters for the Aspen Parking Lot. Please call ahead to confirm availability.

Tamarack Resort offers free 24/7 on-demand âDial-A-Rideâ service throughout the resort. Contact number available on Tamarack Resort's website and in the Digital Guidebook.

*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.
*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Tamarack Resort, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Tamarack Resort from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.
*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.

Buttercup Ridge is perfect for those looking for mountain adventure or a relaxing getaway surrounded by natural beauty. There's no excuse for missing First Chair on epic powder days as you can't get much closer to the lift than this! Truly an all-season destination, excitement is literally at your doorstep regardless of when you visit, from live music to lake days in summer, morel picking and endless wildflowers in spring, unbelievable fall colors, and epic snow sports in winter.
