**Stop by the Windsor Hills Welcome Center to grab your wristbands (for the pool areas) and gate code as well as to get more information about the Windsor Hills Resort or nearby attractions! Once you have the wristbands and pool gate code, there is a gate entrance to the pool area (next to the Water slides) and closer to our building for easy access that guest can use.

Please note: Sir Windsor Aqua Venture Closure- The waterslides and splash pad will be closed for restoration between January 5, 2026, to approximately February 13, 2026. The communal pool and hot tub will remain open.

The condo was spacious. The pool and waterpark were great for the kids. Within 20 mins to all things Disney. Owners checked in a few times during our stay to make sure we were all good. Would highly recommend staying here!

Sunny Condo Retreat at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee was beautiful, everything about it was superb with lots of little extras. You couldn't ask for anything more. The owners were so helpful and informative, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. All the beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of towels and beach towels. From the initial contact, leading up to our stay, and throughout our stay, Ruth and SunMi were extremely responsive and some of the most communicative owners I have experienced. Amazing stay at Sunny Condo Retreat

Just back from an amazing 2 week stay at the gorgeous Sunny Condo Retreat. Absolutely loved our stay here, location couldn’t have been better for the Disney parks, 2 minutes away from Walmart/petrol station, there’s even a McDonald’s literally 5 minutes away. Location of the condo onsite was perfect for access to the most amazing pool, just far away that you don’t hear any noise whatsoever but literally a 2 minute walk if you forget to take something to the pool, we could easily just nip back for anything we forgot. Absolutely loved all the little extras such as complimentary toiletries, books, games and teddies for our girls to cuddle at night. Our girls loved the chalk board in their room and having plastic cups/plates really helped with our youngest. Loved how homely the condo felt and how comfy the beds were after long days at the parks! We really loved our stay at Sunny Condo Retreat, Ruth was the perfect host and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Thank you so much Ruth for the most amazing stay, it was just perfect.

Amazing apartment-we were so impressed.

We stayed at Sunny Condo during our 2nd time in Florida, our first stay elsewhere was run down and shabby and I was nervous about booking this apartment and whether it would be as nice as the pictures. We shouldn't have worried as it was perfect! This is an immaculate and fully equipped modern apartment. Highlights for us were the tasteful decor and modern feel, fully equipped kitchen, big dining table, very comfy beds and lots of space for our family of 4. It was like home from home for two weeks. We would 100% book again if returning to Florida again.

A wonderful place to call home while on vacation

We booked the Sunny Condo Retreat for a short family getaway. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, and close to anything we could have needed/wanted. The communication before, during and after our trip was fabulous with clear instructions and some tips for making our stay even more fun. The amenities were also great, pool, hot tub, water slides, and arcade (extra $). We had a fabulous time and would definitely rebook this condo in future.

Most magical retreat!

Just returned from a two week stay at this wonderful condo. I honestly cant express how well equiped this property is for anyone but especially families. The children and adults loved the little disney touches throughout the condo. And the mural in the childrens room was beautiful. My daughter loved it so much. The condo was super comfortable, especially the beds which was well received after long theme park days!! As you can see from the photos it has lovely modern decor throughout. The appliances in the kitchen are of such a high standard! We were honestly so blown away by this property. Also, the coffee and snacks on arrival day was a very sweet gesture after such a long flight. Ruth has been a brilliant host, and has always got back to any queries before and during our stay so speedily. Honestly, we loved Sunny Condo Retreat and highly recommend this property to anyone, and we can't wait to return one day in the future. Amazing Stay

Our family had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Sunny’s condo. The condo had everything we needed and so many extra touches. I appreciated the snacks they had out after a long travel day. The condo is really well stocked with essentials you will need during your stay. The pool and water park area were really nice and fun for our daughter. We stayed in the Sunny Condo Retreat for 13 nights and couldn’t fault it. Location is excellent, near to the clubhouse and pool and being in Windsor Hills makes getting to Disney a dream! Also very close to Walmart and loads of restaurants. The condo is well equipped and was scrupulously clean on arrival. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you could need. We had excellent, responsive communication throughout from Ruth and Sun Mi. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Thank you.

Perfect Condo!

We recently stayed at this Windsor Hills 3 bedroom condo and it was such a delightful stay! This centrally located condo was immaculately clean and well appointed! We traveled with our 3 grandchildren and it was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make life easier when traveling with young children! They left snacks and coffee to get us started which was very thoughtful! The pool area is perfect and kept the kids busy most of the day with the winding slides and splash pad. They also had pool side activities and contests while we were there which added to the experience. I would most definitely go back to this condo and highly recommend this particular unit!

Sunny Condo Retreat was purchased by two sisters, Ruth and Sun Mi in August 2023. We renovated the condo and we began renting our condo in November 2023. Our goal is to offer our vacation home for many families to enjoy! We fell in love with Windsor Hills Resort because of the close proximity to all theme parks and attractions in central Florida, the well-maintained amenities, and the safe, family friendly environment. We hope to provide you with a comfortable stay so that you can make many magical memories at our Sunny Condo Retreat.

Windsor Hills Resort offers complimentary activities/movies daily and special holiday events for children. There are no resort fees, no parking fees, and a Market Place & Grill located on site. The Windsor Hills Clubhouse, communal pool, and water slides are located very close to our condo. Uber/Lyft are convenient to use to local attractions.
