Downtown Penthouse Suite w/Balcony

This Penthouse Suite will give you all the comforts of home and more! Centrally located in downtown Indianapolis, it is in walking distance to several main attractions and restaurants. This suite offers a breath-taking view of the city and can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. This unit is perfect for business and personal vacations.

Over 1200 sq ft of luxury living space. The first level is equipped with a full bathroom, open kitchen layout, bar counter seating for 3 people, queen-size pull-out couch, TV and Wi-Fi access. The first floor leads out to a private balcony with downtown city views.

There are two bedrooms with walk-in closets on the second floor with a full bath. One bedroom has a queen size-bed, and the second bedroom has a full-size bed. Flat screen TVs in both rooms.

You will have access to the entre unit.

Guest will be able to message host through the Airbnb app.

The property is located in the Block building across the street from the Capitol Building and the Hilton Hotel. One block away from the Monument Circle and Center Mall. Only a 7 min walk (0.4 miles) from the Indiana Convention Center.

Welcome to the Block Penthouse Suite. We are excited that you have chosen to stay with us. This modern home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. It is centrally located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis and within walking distance to some of Indy's top attractions. Please take a moment to look over the house rules listed below:

HOUSE RULES
- Primary renter must be 18+ years old
- No smoking inside the home. If smoking rules are violated the reservation holder will be charged a $250 fine.
- No additional guests - if more guest are expected, please add them to the reservation
- Quiet hours are 11pm to 8am Sunday through Thursday and 12pm to 9am on Friday and Saturday
- Please be mindful and respectful of the neighbors who live in this building. We may have to ask you and/or your group to leave if the rules are not followed.
- While gatherings are not restricted, please be mindful of loud noise as there are neighbors on either side of you.
-Nothing can be taped, pinned, attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti

RESPECTING THE COMMON AREAS AND NEIGHBORS
a. There are cameras in all the common areas of the building for the safety and security of all residents and guests. Please keep all group gatherings inside the Penthouse Suite, as the common areas are not intended for entertainment.
b. In the event that you would like to have additional persons (not including those on the reservation) join you socially at the Penthouse Suite please clear the amount of people (more than 2) with the hosts, as our unit isn’t intended to hold large parties.
c. There is absolutely NO smoking in any of the common areas, hallways, stairwells or Executive Suite.
d. Indianapolis allows open containers in the downtown Indianapolis area. Enjoy a drink while walking the streets or in the Penthouse Suite, just please refrain from gathering and drinking in the common area lobby.
e. At the hosts discretion, any violation of these guidelines may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. The level of any violation will determine whether or not a refund of any amount will be issued. These rules are meant to protect the residents, guests, and us as hosts. We thank you in advance for following these guidelines, so future guests can continue to enjoy our Penthouse Suite.
