Edgewater Resort is one of the most amazing resorts in Panama City Beach, and OZsome Beach Retreat is your ideal condo on the property.

OZsome Beach Retreat is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath located on the 8th floor in Tower 2 and currently being updated and upgraded to be ready for your 2024 escape! The balcony overlooks the pristine waters of the Gulf and white sand as far as the eye can see. A seasonally-heated pool is right in front of our tower, and we are just steps from the main lagoon pool, beach, Oceans restaurant, Starbucks, pizza parlor, sundry/ice cream shop, and more. The clubhouse, fitness center, tennis, and 9-hole golf course are just a stroll over the private resort pedestrian bridge.

Within this beautifully decorated condo is a full-sized kitchen with all new appliances and everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. The dining area and living room have ample seating and a brand new 65” flat screen TV with DirecTV; we also have a full size washer/dryer and free Wifi.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV with HD service, a double vanity and private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and twin/twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV with DirectTV, and a private entry to a newly updated bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, and a bunk nook in the hallway that offers twin over full bunk beds.

The floor to ceiling windows across the living and dining room/kitchen provide breathtaking views of the gorgeous Gulf. And the location of the condo within the building is ideal to catch the morning sun as well as enjoy one of PCB's stunning sunsets. Enjoy it from behind the glass or step out to our private balcony to smell the salt air and hear the waves.

This beachfront condo will comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. The minimum age to rent is 25 (firm), and no pets/ESA are allowed.

Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the condo with our keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in.

We do not live locally but are happy to discuss details about the condo, resort or Panama City Beach in advance or while you are there. Text, emails, calls all welcome.

Perfectly located along Front Beach Rd, guests can access any of the fantastic restaurants, water parks, grocery stores and more and avoid the traffic of getting there. We're less than 5 miles to Pier Park, located just west of the Thomas Drive and Front Beach Rd intersection. There are many great restaurants within walking distance as well.

PCB is driveable from many areas of the country but there is also an airport located about 30 minutes from Edgewater called Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).
