Fully stocked kitchen. 3 large tvs. Large enough to accommodate multiple families! Extremely close to TBK BETTPLEX, about 1 mile away. Casino and event center 2 miles. Pack and play and portable high chair on premises. Quiet family neighborhood. Outdoor seating back patio.

This is an amazing house to accommodate a lot of people. Beds are comfortable and house is super clean, but the best part is how well the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The back patio is wonderful, location and parking is great. Host is super responsive.

This rental was absolutely AMAZING! Tons of room for our entire party of 11!! Bedrooms are a great size and 3 bathrooms was a huge plus! Extremely clean and well equipped with all the essentials needs for a home away from home vacation! Our hostess, Christina was so accommodating and wonderful. We will surly tell all our baseball families about this rental!

Great Sisters' Weekend Here

We were happy to find FIVE bedrooms as listed. The space and layout were great for our sisters' weekend.We do want to let you know about a few practical things in the house.1. There is some kind of red light at the base of the stairs. Not sure what kind of device it is, but "red" often means something is amiss.2. The pod container in the laundry room was empty. We located the glass jar in the cupboard & took one pod for a load of laundry, but we didn't re-fill the pod container....since we really weren't sure what your usual procedure is.3. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, which we hand-washed with those we had used....lest you think that we had just ignored them or left them dirty.4. We took out of the refrigerator whatever was OURS. The refrigerator was not "empty" when we left, but everything still in the fridge was already there when we arrived.5. The directions about unlocking the door (which are on the side of the refrigerator) are spot on. It would be helpful, though, to include them in the final "get-in" information.We found the really good directions when we were obviously already in the house!6. We left the bed linens in the laundry room as requested. We didn't see any directives about bath towels, etc. so we left those hanging in the respective bathrooms. We didn't want them to sit in a pile somewhere...not knowing when the cleaning crew would be arriving.7. We REALLY appreciated having a recycling bin. It's important to the five of us!THANKS!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandkids all slept camp out style in the family room in the basement. Beautiful home! Very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants. The only thing i would bring up is the ants in the back yard and front of the house.

The property was in great shape and in a great neighborhood! Good place for us to crash after a long day of golf around the Quad cities. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice quiet area.

Beautiful home! Well furnished and conveniently located right next to the ballparks that my son played at. Also very close to hyvee, target, etc. Will be back again next year for the same baseball tournament. Thank you!!!!

Fantastic condo

We had a great stay in this condo. It was just as described, if not better. So new and with everything we needed. Great location, close to so much, and in a nice new neighborhood. Plenty of space on the main floor for my parents who don't handle stairs, and we could sleep in the finished lower level which had another two bedrooms and a full bath. Really great space for large families. We had no problems at all, and I'm not sure there would be anything I would change. We would definitely stay there again when in town.

VRBO could implement some standardizations that would assist owners by ensuring information is available such as what level bedrooms and bathrooms are on. How many stairs to get to each room. How many stairs to get in the house. Handrails on stairs?

Nice clean and close to TBK Sports pkex

This place was perfect for my family and my cousins family to stay for the weekend while our girls were playing at TBK Sportplex - only a 5 min drive! Clean. Host was very responsive. Easy checkin.

Perfect for our large family

Our family traveled from three areas of the country to stay at this property, so that we could spend Christmas with additional family who live locally. The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with ample space for everyone in our group, and added bonus, it was the most well-stocked of any rental we’ve stayed in with regards to paper products, trash bags, and toiletries. We appreciated the holiday decorations, too, as we had children with us for this stay - it added to the coziness of the home and helped to make the experience a little more special for them. To the thoughtful hosts, thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great 5 bedroom condo!

Our family of 12 stayed at this modern and very clean five bedroom condo. Open concept so it was a great space for everyone to hang out. Easy communication with the owner too! Would stay here again!
