The Space:
4 bedroom 2 bath home with large fenced yard. 2 full bathrooms with large soaking tub in master bath. Screened in backporch with smart TV, perfect for watching sports or doing a home work out. Every bedroom has smart TV, 4th bedroom has large desk for remote working space. Kitchen fully stocked with small appliances, air fryer, waffle iron, rice cooker, and GF grill. Washer/dryer access.

The home is centrally located in Kingsland, close to restaurants and 15 mins from downtown Saint Marys.

My family and I had a great time at this property. Generous space for everyone to have their own personal space. Communication with the manager was easy and the issue with the sink drain was handled quickly and efficiently.

Great property to stay at we really enjoyed our stay here! The host was always quickly responsive with any questions or concerns during the stay and the home was very well cleaned and maintained. Would definitely book here again!

Great home for a family stay!

Great house for a family stay. Good amenities with easy-to-use entertainment available. Rooms are comfortable, and the home is well-maintained. Everything was as-advertised. Great option if visiting the Kings Bay area, or if you need more than a hotel during a PCS!

Poor cleaning

My bed was really good, but the shower didn’t work, it was not clean, only two towels for a family of 5 and the fence was broken so my little dog escape. We found him thank God.

comfortable and convenient

This house is just a couple minutes off the Interstate which made it convenient for our stay as we had events north and south of the house. The coffee bar set up was very nicely done! A screened porch on the back was also a nice addition because those gnats... Those gnats in that area can be real pesty. LOL. We enjoyed and remarked to each other that we would come back if needs arise for us to be back in the St Mary's area.

Christmas in Kingsland

We enjoyed our time at this wonderful property in Kingsland GA. It was a 5 star experience with a stocked cupboard, plenty of towels, seating amd olen design. The space was as shown in the photos and jut enough for 5 adults. We could not beat the convenience of walking down the street to join the festivities at my brother and sis in law's place. The extra kitchen really helped with the holiday dinner. The only hiccup was reaching the agent as my original card was lost and had to use a new one amd not easy to get a hold of the property manager. We would rent this again for other events due to the location, value, comfort and design of the property.

Cumberland Island Visit with Family

The house looks like pictures posted, and is in a quiet neighborhood. Beds, bathrooms, and kitchen appeared clean. However, when the trundle bed was moved there was trash and old food from previous guests underneath. Also, there was trash underneath the furniture, and under the cushions of the sofa and loveseat. This was discovered when the pull-out bed was being used in the great room/living area. I wasn't too thrilled with any of that, especially after the cleaning fee included when booking this property. I would expect the property to be immaculately maintained. Another issue was the air conditioning system. It struggled to maintain 76-77 degress during the majority of our visit. It was a good thing for us that we were out during the hottest hours of the day. I understand that it was extremely hot this weekend, but it took it way too long to get back to a more comfortable temperature for us. I think the system could use a maintenance service. The yard was nice and my grandchildren loved it. However, the fence is collapsing in a couple of areas. It was propped up by a wood post in one section that overlooked a pond area. A bit of a safety hazard from my perspective with kids ages 3-11 playing in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because we were together and the property is centrally located to all that we wanted to do. It is right off the interstate and easy to find.
