Please note: This house is our home that we occasionally rent out while we are away. Much of our personal belongings are locked away in storage areas but we do leave some items such as kids books and toys in some areas. Closet space is available for guests in each room. We also leave condiments and a few other items in the fridge which guests are free to use.

Insects & Wildlife
North Carolina & the Sandhills, like many places, are home to various insects and wildlife. While we conduct regular pest control and inspections, we can't guarantee that one of these little creatures won't find their way into the house every once in a while – especially when door and/or windows are left open. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a random spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, a grasshopper, a cricket, an ant… in the house, but please let us know, so we can take care of the issue immediately.
