Right outside the large living area is a breathtaking patio balcony with a stunning view of Lake Cay and plenty of seating for sunset cocktails.

Step into the Master Suite, impeccably staged with a stately spindled king size bed, Modern dresser, and matching nightstands. wall-mounted 65" flat-screen television. The en suite is as luxurious as it is commodious - dripping with spa-like influence, from a double vanity and walk-in shower to modern tile flooring!



Bedroom #2 is sleek and accommodating, featuring King bed, Modern dresser, wall-mounted 65" flat-screen television, and a night table adorned with a beautiful lamp.

We booked our stay at the Epic 2 Vista Cay Resort and stayed there for a trade show which was at the Convention Center. The condo was very nice and the host was responsive. It worked out great for our group and the location was near the Convention Center, restaurants and the airport.

The property did not disappoint! It was exactly as described with plenty of rooms for our family group of seven adults. We used the well-appointed kitchen to prepare most of our meals, and we thoroughly enjoyed the location on the lake and the well-kept grounds. Alex communicated well and has our heartfelt thanks for accommodating an unusual check-in request. Thank you Alex for a 5-star experience!

Epic Stay

Great location with plenty of room. Stayed with another family and everyone had their own private space along with spacious common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room). Resort had plenty to offer as well.

The condo is clean and well maintained. Next to the lobby building. Unfortunately the pool and bar were closed for remodeling but it will be great when completed.

Perfect location for event at Orange County Convention Center

Awesome space for 6 adults traveling for an event at Orange County Convention Center. Super easy booking, check-in and check-out process. Listing was exactly as described and a perfect retreat after very long days. The condo is laid out perfectly for adults traveling as a group, clean, comfortable, and provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. This is a perfect location for getting to and from the convention center with ease! We will definitely return for our next event at Orange County Convention Center.

Host was terrible at communicating in a timely manner. One week prior to our arrival date I was told to expect check in instructions shortly.Day of arrival and hadn’t received any instructions. Messaged twice thru VRBO without a response.Only host phone number on booking was a VRBO number.They tried contacting host without success but gave me his direct number.I left a message but only got called back 30 minutes before our scheduled check in time. A/C was set on heat and required a PIN to change settings.Once again left message and never got a response.Host appeared to change system to cool remotely the next day.

Beautiful condo with lots of space!

The condo was incredibly spacious for our family of five—more than enough room to spread out and relax. We had originally planned to bring the grandparents as well, but when they couldn’t make it, we ended up enjoying the extra space and all the bedrooms and bathrooms even more. The unit was clean and well-maintained, and any small issues we had were quickly taken care of by the property manager, which made us feel truly looked after. I ordered DoorDash a few times with no trouble at all. Being so close to the pool was also a huge plus. We’ll absolutely be booking here again next year!

Stunning and helpful!

The place was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We had a group of 8 that stayed there and at no point in time did it ever feel crowded or cramped. The property manager was fantastic and communicated promptly. I even forgot some clothes in a drawer and they reached out to me right away and are mailing them to me. That is amazing service and is so appreciated! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Side note, we also door dashed NYPD pizza and wings and it was delicious. Just in case someone wants an easy food recommendation.

Excellent but A/C temp is limited

Fantastic place. Very roomy- everything feels new, renovated and well maintained. Kitchen appliances and utensils feel very new. A/C works well, but our family likes to sleep in cold temps, but the a/c control is locked to go to 70 at the lowest. Even though that seems low, we were all a little uncomfortable at night and therefore didn’t feel as rested. Otherwise, it’s a great place.

Gorgeous Condo, Terrific Resort, Great Location!

This condo is even more beautiful than the pictures! The bathrooms are seriously spa level. All the rooms are spacious and everything you need is supplied- cleaning supplies, towels, resort passes. The patio looks out at the lake and pool is right next door. Everything is super clean and seems brand new. I think this unit has the best location in the entire resort. Speaking of location, Vista Cay is right down the street from Icon Park and all the Universal and Sea World parks. Check in was super easy- all the information was emailed to us before check in and we just let ourselves in. The management (Alex@EpicX) was fabulous and responded right away when we discovered my daughter left something in her room after we checked out. Alex actually went over and found them time and is going to mail it to us. Now that's excellent hospitality!! We will absolutely be renting this condo again.

All in, the space was lovely. It was close to the OCCC where we all had to spend a majority of our time for an event and was convenient to the airport and shopping.We did appreciate that there were 3 full bathrooms all with showers. The pool at the community was great with more than adequate lounge chairs for all. The only issue is the thermostat. It got uncomfortably hot overnight and would not stay adjusted to a comfortable temp.
