Pour citer un invité satisfait: tout est là mais il reste plus de temps pour rester.

Du plan spacieux à la buanderie complète, toutes les nécessités de la maison moins le stress sont disponibles pour rendre votre séjour si confortable que vous ne voudrez plus quitter cette location de vacances de Destin! De plus, chaque chambre a été parfaitement agencée avec un décor charmant qui lui est propre.

Un thème tropical agrémente la chambre principale et l’immense salle de bains principale, tandis que le thème du tournesol de pays rend la première chambre si gaie.

Du quatrième étage, la vue de chacun des trois balcons est magnifique. Ils donnent sur la pelouse centrale verte et la terrasse ensoleillée de la piscine sur les vagues émeraudes du golfe.

Vous pourrez également voir Pompano Joe, un restaurant de plage coloré et délicieux qui propose de la musique en direct, du volley-ball et un bar de plage. Après une belle partie de tennis, une séance de remise en forme dans le centre de remise en forme ou un tour dans la piscine, tentez de comprendre pourquoi Destin peut véritablement être appelé le chouchou du sud.

Pendant les vacances de printemps et l'été, ce condo nécessite un séjour de 7 nuits du samedi au samedi. Toutes les autres fois, il y a un minimum de 3 nuits.

September 2019 Stay

We have stayed at the Mediterranea for many years. This was our first time in 414E. This condo was tastefully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views of course were fabulous. I would have given this a five star if it wasn’t for the master bedroom mattress. It was way too hard and therefor found myself on the couch in the middle of the night most nights. This would be the only reason I would not stay in this unit again. The Mediterranea is a great place to stay.

We were sorry to learn that the Master bedroom mattress was too hard for you. Mattresses are tricky because everyone has a preference, so at the end of the day, the owners try to put in something that isn’t too soft or too hard and hope that most guests will get a good nights sleep. We are sorry that wasn’t the case for you. Please let us know next time during the booking process that you are wanting a softer bed and we can try to match you up. Again, we appreciate your input as it helps us know how we can improve for future guests.

Well decorated and furnished

This unit has it all. It has obviously been recently updated and the quality is apparent. The kitchen is very well stocked. My only suggestion, if you are an active cook then you should bring your own chef knives. I've been doing this for years. As expected with any commercial condo property, the chef knives are dangerously dull. You will be pleased with the comforts of this unit. It is a next to the end unit facing west. The 3 balconies are a plus. Beach chairs/umbrella set are included in the rent.

Just beautiful and quiet and very clean and very convenient to the beach

Condo was very roomy very open everyone had plenty of room kitchen a little small but it was okay for Grandma to be cooking bathrooms were excellent beds were a little bit too high for someone at with medical problem, but overall I say the place was excellent our vacation was GREAT.

We had a little SNAFU with the digital lock/code when we arrived. The person I spoke with on the phone was not very helpful, but, fortunately, the on-site young woman was fantastic and resolved the issue in just a couple of minutes. The only other “negative” is that there’s no way 7 people would be comfortable. With that said, the condo was in a great location, had great parking, had a great pool (although like bath water due to near 100 degree temps), had a great A/C, had very comfortable beds. Overall, we’d recommend staying here.

Nice property breathtakingly perfect not just eye candy but the property itself is an event... Where the lounging at the pool and jacuzzi , on your balcony , or bouncing in the shirts in the waves or chilling in the umbrella chairs or simply people watching in the from the jacuzzi in the shade . I really enjoyed this place ¡¡¡!!!¡¡¡

First time at Mediterranea and it proved to be as nice as it looked online and whenever we had driven by. AWESOME! Kitchen w everything needed to prepare most meals onsite. Carpet in bedrooms welcome on chilly mornings. Jacuzzi tub in ensuite appreciated for nights when it was too chilly outside for the Hot Tub. Great view of gulf and beach and grounds from balcony. Scenic hwy 98 more relaxed pace than US98 which had extensive construction underway. Decor and furnishings tastefully done. Underground parking and easy access to elevator was a blessing as we had more than enuf rainy days. Ice Maker was quickly replaced when malfunction reported. All ND staff we met were friendly and welcoming and Jason cheerfully replaced a few light bulbs and repaired screen on LR balcony door. What a nice surprise 3 screen doors were. We plan to return next year and for a longer stay. Highly recommend this property and 414E. THANKS MUCHLY NEWMAN-DAILEY.

It was amazing, we couldn’t have found a nicer place to stay. Beautiful condo, the view from the balcony was great! Each day two chairs and an umbrella were waiting for us on the beach and the pool was very nice! Would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Inside was perfectly fine, but there was a major painting project going on during our stay

No issues at all with the interior of our condo. It was fine; Only comment would be that the dishwasher is not the greatest. Our big complaint has to do with painting project going on outside. It was unsightly, loud, and disruptive to enjoying the pool to the fullest. Efforts to reach the management company were circular and while we finally were told that there would be some compensation for this inconvenience, it is still not clear to me what the amount is. I tried a couple times - email and calling to ascertain this but am still awaiting this. I think that it was difficult to get attention to these matters - being referred to the HOA and what not is not helpful when we rented through you. Not knowing that this was happening was the error here and given numerous guest portals and offers to sign up for push notifications about our stay, let alone that I could be contacted via cell or email. There was also pet messes in our area of the facility in common walkways that lingered for multiple days before being addressed - again the being referred to the HOA route & then being told it was cleaned up when it was not. Anyway, I understand that there were factors and relationships (You & the HOA) that can affect responsiveness a bit. And to the fact of the HOA- they are a bit aggressive in preaching rules and regs to renters. While I get this to some degree, it is not cool in the grand scheme of things either. Be aware of this if you rent at this facility. All this said, a great location and we overall had a good time. It would have been perfect given some clearer communication on the painting project and proactive compensation offer.

Well decorated and perfectly located!

This was a great condo and property for a family. We stayed over Spring Break and both the property and beach was always perfect for families due to the private gates and access. Great views of the Gulf off all 3 private balconies. Garage parking, elevators and even available carts made getting in and out super easy! Walking distance to several restaurants as well. Condo was super comfy and plenty of space for everyone while on vacation - beats cramming into a hotel room! We would absolutely come back to this property and this unit. Thanks!

This was a perfect condo for a family. Easy access to the beach, great pool and everything in the complex is very well maintained. We stayed during Spring Break and the Mediterranea was great for our younger kiddos as it never felt Spring “Breaky” :) Unit 414E was really nice, well maintained and has a wonderful view for morning and evening views of the Gulf. Property management firm was excellent at communicating every detail and the mobile app was super helpful. We’ll be back!

Beautiful complex / Lovely Decor

We have stayed at the Mediterranean for several years now and this unit is by far our favorite. The decor is lovely and the unit is nicely appointed with about everything one would need for their stay.

Amazing!

From the moment we got here we loved it. The property management team we extremely thorough and so friendly. The property was beautiful and extremely well kept. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything to make our stay like being at home. The beach was beautiful and we spent many hours there and at the gorgeous pool. Loved that it's a family property and not a bunch of young kids on Spring Break. Our family can't wait to come back but will stay longer next time!

Fantastic in every way

This is a beautiful unit in a gated complex with an unobstructed view of the gulf. Not only was it spacious (over 1400 sq. ft) but beautifully decorated and well appointed with lots of extras. The pictures do not do it justice as it is much more inviting IRL. There are three balconies all with a gulf view. It was spotless! The underground parking spot is very convenient to the elevator. The staff at Newman Dailey excelled in customer service. I can't wait to go back.
