Everything was great in the condo! We loved being able to walk around the area. However, it was a busy area during spring break being so close to the public beach entrance. We did always have a spot on the beach though!

Nice stay and close to beach

Would definitely stay here again. A few issues with property and construction to balcony. Overall place was clean and well kept and great how close it was to beach access.

We have never stayed in Miramar but found this little jem and would definitely stay here again!! Close to everything and very nice updates made to the condo!

Nice condo, well appointed, good location. Only negative - no basic items for cooking. You will need to bring salt, pepper, oil, etc..

Family vacay

Great condo. Clean and nice furniture and decor. Kitchen was good and all the beds slept great! Only drawback for us was the crowded beach due to having public beach access right in front of condo, but still nice beach. Destin area is getting so overcrowded but nothing against the condo. It was very nice.

Very pleased!

The property was very well represented online. It is beautiful and it was very clean. We walked to the beach daily. The property is spacious and the outdoor patio is a great added bonus. My only feedback is, a few more towels for a group of 10 wouldn't be a bad idea.

Often times, housekeepers place the towels in different locations making them difficult to find. We encourage our guests to open all cabinets and closets. If towels are not located, we are always happy to deliver additional towels to make your stay more comfortable. June 2016 Stay

We had a great time in Pavilion Palms Unit 104C. The condo was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed for cooking. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill. The HOA does not allow them at the rental units and we knew that before booking. We still had a great time and would rent this unit again!! We had one issue with a shower and the maintenance guy showed up quickly and fixed the problem. The unit was exactly as described in the website with accurate photos.

Beautiful condo! Beach is right across the street from the condo.. Close to restaurants and my favorite coffee shop (Bad Ass Coffee) will be back next year!

It was a beautiful place. Very spacious. The only problem was the dead roaches and we didn’t know how which garage to park in because it wasn’t in the portal. Lastly, it rained the entire weekend and on the last day we finally was able to do some activities but couldn’t come back to the room because of early checkout.

The best part of 2020

We had a great stay at Pavilion Palms. The room was great, well equipped, very clean. The only thing we would have added was a grill on property. The place is beautiful!!

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was slightly delayed due to last minute cleaning crew change and unit wasn't cleaned quite as well as it could have been, but it was understandable due to the circumstances. Very laid back and family oriented with a good view of the gulf. Located across from the public beach, so it was a busy area. We loved the unit, exactly what the photos depicted and was very spacious and nicely decorated.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our short, but much needed getaway. This property was perfect for our family and we will definitely be back. The location is central to everything. Very clean and comfortably decorated. We did notice that the wall decal on patio needs some attention, and unsure if that has been noticed, but it was such a minor detail. I can tell that the owner/property maanger care about the comfort of their guests.

Steps away from the most beautiful beach!

The app and the check in/ check out process was the best as well as the activities brochure! Location was great for toddlers not too busy and congested like other beaches in the area! Will be booking through Newman-Daley again.

Family trip!

Condo was great!!! Able to accommodate all of our family comfortably. Trash dumpster was inconveniently located and we were not made aware of where to dispose of until angry homeowner escorted daughter-in-law with our trash. Made for unpleasant evening.

We apologize for the incident with a homeowner at the property, but the homeowners’ association does have very strict rules about trash bags being left in the outside walkways. I’m sure it could have been handled more diplomatically and we have spoken to the Association about this incident. We are adding more signage to help direct guests to the trash dumpster. We’re glad this incident did not deter you from having a great vacation and we look forward to welcoming you back to the beach.
