Great Fall Break

We had a great time at the cabin. The location was perfect. The kids loved riding scooters around the neighborhood and the check-in process was easy. I'll definitely go back.

Torreon Rental

Overall the rental was lovely. There was an issue with cleaning. However, the owner said she was going to be replacing the cleaning people so hopefully that will take care of that problem. The back porch, table, chairs, grill, etc., were very dirty and we had to clean them with a hose. Some of the areas in the home had not been dusted. Also, there was a new TV in the main room and it lacked instructions as to how to get started using it, so I had to contact the owner. The owner was very nice and accommodating, but, still, you shouldn't have to do that.

Beautiful home!

Deb was a wonderful host, and to call this a cabin does it a disservice. If you're looking for rustic, keep looking -this is a beautiful 3 bedroom home with rustic decor, but fully stocked with just about anything you might need besides food, clothes and your toothbrush. Five stars for sure!

This is a very nice property...On a cul de sac so there is not a lot of traffic, which we like. The owner was great to work with . We enjoyed our stay!

Rustic Relaxation

This was a beautiful, rustic and relaxing place to stay. Sitting on the back porch puts you within a pine forest. I especially enjoyed this rustic scene in the morning from a small table in the master bedroom with coffee while doing computer work. The neighborhood too is relaxing with gentle rolling hills and great for morning walks. The owner-manager, Deb, was delightful to work with and very responsive to any questions or needs that came up during our stay. The nearby clubhouse was a good place to eat and conveniently close. Use of the workout facility and the pool, however, are not included with the property. Overall, we would very much recommend the property.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway! It was clean and had everything we needed! Deb was absolutely wonderful about getting us any information we needed and being available to us. Thank you so much for opening your cabin to us! Such a great experience.

Very Clean, Enough beds, Fully stocked

We had an excellent time at this cabin. We had plenty of beds for two families ( the double bunk room was awesome). The cabin was fully stocked with what we needed (crock pot, cooking utensils etc). It was also very clean. It backs up to the creek. We went in the winer so there was no running water, but can imagine that the kids would love the running creak at another time of year. Also, the golf course had a snow and we were able to just walk across the street and do some sledding with the kids (we had children under 12), but it was wesome. We will definitely will be back.

Beautiful Cabin

My #1 requirement for any place I rent is that it is clean. This place was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We had a great getaway over Labor Day Weekend, and there is a lot to do and see at Torreon. My wife and two young daughters can't wait to come back. Owners were good communicators and answered all questions. We will definitely rent from them again.

A Month in Paradise

Our month in Keith's Torreon cabin was everything we hoped for and more. The cabin was elegantly furnished and equipped right down to the smallest detail. It was exactly what we expected from the pictures. The master suite is to die for and the other two bedrooms were very comfortable and worked very well for our family. Keith was very helpful during the pre-booking period and that carried over into our stay. The setting in the tall pines was very relaxing. We appreciated having access to the Torreon Club Restaurant. We can definitely recommend this cabin for short and long term stays.

Wonderful weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. This home had everything we needed. We enjoyed grilling our dinner every evening. We also enjoyed sitting on the back porch each morning with our coffee. The home was very comfortable with everything we could need. There were six of us (4 adults 2 kids). The bedrooms were very comfortable as well. The home is beautifully situated on a quiet street with tall pines surrounding it. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood as well as hiking nearby. Our only negative we had for our trip was that most of the dishes and silverware were dirty had to be washed first before using. Guests are expected to clean their own dishes and put away upon departure. That's fine but it is evident some didn't do this and put dirty dishes and silverware back in the cabinets. The owners probably are unaware of this. All in all we would definitely stay here again! We have already referred this home to several friends.

Wonderful Getaway!

We were looking for a last minute escape from the summer heat. We were very fortunate to come across this beautiful home. What a delight to find the home exactly as the pictures showed! It was very clean, spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. Keith was very helpful and it was a pleasure staying in his home. We look forward to future trips! Thank you!

Very nice cabin with plenty of room for two families with kids.

We rented this cabin for 4th of July weekend and had a blast. First thing you will notice is this is not a typical rental property, it is someone's home. All the amenities are very nice/clean and we had plenty of room for two families, each with younger kids. The master bedroom is very spacious and has nice bath area. The kids bedroom had two bunk beds that were a big hit! The third bedroom is above average and did just fine. The kitchen/living area was wide open and perfect for cooking in and being together with everyone. My favorite part of the trip was the back deck. It has a small grill and a nice size table for outdoor drinking/eating. The woods off the back deck are perfect for the little ones to go exploring safely. Even though other cabins seemed close from the front of the house, we felt all alone on the back deck. On our first night sitting on the deck, it seemed as if we were in the middle of an elk migration. We could hear them running just a few feet from the deck. We shined a flashlight into the darkness and saw countless sets of eyes staring back at us. It was so cool! The owner responded quickly to all our questions and everything from our end was better than expected. We would definitely rent here again in the future.

We purchased this home in 2011 because we LOVE Torreon and all it has to offer. We have a very busy family life and can only use this home a few weekends each month so we are opening it up for others to enjoy as much as we do! Home is currently listed for sale and owner will give advance notification should there by any request for showings. Please ask for more details if any questions. I am also licensed Realtor in AZ.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is located in the back of the development with virtually no traffic so it is great for families with small children or retired couples. We have great views of the golf course from our front porch and views of the tall pines from the back porch. It is just a perfect setting for rest and relaxation.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We have replaced all the linens and towels and the furnishings are in excellent condition. The family room has a foosball table and the backyard has horseshoe pit. The hall closet is stocked with board games to keep your family busy after a long day of golf or fishing at the lakes in the area outside of Torreon.
