Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house. We only had two snafus, one the elevator was not working when we arrived and there was a leak under the kitchen sink. Both were resolved quickly but JC from maintenance. This is a great house. We had a great time.

Golf trip Fall 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very satisfied with stay. 11 golfers ages 35-75. A few small issues came up. Elevator never did work. Called for service never fixed. Needed more toilet paper per bathroom. Didn’t call on that but we were close to running out. Followed departure rules and ran dish washer. Dish washer needs to be cleaned. The good stuff. The location was great. The house was clean. Plenty of room for a large group. The decks on all (3) floors were good. The pool area was very nice. Plenty of parking. We will definitely use again with the same size group.

Minimal accommodations for maximum price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Maximum price for minimal accommodations. Cloth couch is really stained, elevator was not working when we arrived however it did get fixed after luggage & 89 year old mother was already in the house. We made a work order for shower door (would not close) refrigerator bin had gaping hole & locks on deck doors were not locking however none of these were ever fixed. There were no pool accessories & pool lights were not working. House was minimally equipped & definitely needs decorated. Things we liked about the house were the ice maker, 7 1/2 baths & close to the beach,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally the house was okay. But could use a good deep cleaning ceiling fans had inch of dirt along with lights over island. The dishwasher needs updated it does not clean dishes at all! Outside garbage cans reeked! We enjoyed the stay had fun in the pool. Great location.

Great House in Surfside Beach

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just Peachy was a great place to stay. It accommodated our group very well. The elevator was a great source to haul in and out our luggage and gear. It was a 2 block walk straight to the beach. The house was clean when we arrived. I would recommend Just Peachy to others.Check in was a little confusing at first. There is a code to enter on a keypad and not physical keys to enter the house. I still had to go to the office to receive a packet with that info. The text I received when house was available did not have clear instructions. Housekeeping/Maintenance was very helpful anytime I called with a question. They were friendly, professional, and took time to listen.We mostly enjoyed the beach and pool. Some went shopping at local beach stores and outlets. The Sundown Sports Pub was a go to a few nights. Great food.We love Surfside Beach and will continue to visit years to come.

Spring break getaway at Just Peachy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just Peachy is a charming beach home minutes from the beach. It is newly renovated and spacious enough for our family. It had all the amenities for a large family visiting. Easily accessible, clean and great location would stay again!
