Not what it seemed
Don't stay here. The photos aren't accurate, and the management company doesn't care when you have an issue. The hot tub isn't included, instead it's the Tahoe Key's community hot tub, which you have to pay $10 per person per use.
The fridge was broken. Didn't work at all. The management / customer service line was really unresponsive and it was impossible to get ahold of the manager. When they finally did show up they accused us of putting too much food in, and constantly opening up the door and that it needed more time to cool down - which is neither accurate nor what had happened. We had to change all our meal plans, had warm drinks all weekend and throw out a bunch of food.
Instead of calling a technician, or fixing the fridge, the management company said they would deliver dry ice every four hours to the fridge, of course, they didn't.
The house didn't have nearly enough supplies for the 10 people we had stay.
The management company gave us a small discount. I think it should have been a lot more, seeing as we had no cold drinks, flirted with food poisoning all weekend, stressed out about getting a hold of people and of course them not following through on keeping things cold.
We'll look elsewhere next time.
