Enjoy this beautiful new cottage in a peaceful setting on a farm that has been in our family over 100 years. Green grass, oak trees, and a pecan orchard surround this wonderful get-away. Only minutes away from Hattiesburg and Petal. Great for sporting events at Southern Miss or just a place to relax for the weekend.

Also, we are across the street from the Roseoak Wedding Venue. BB's cottage is perfect for the bridal party, parents of the bride or groom, or anyone else involved in the wedding.

We absolutely loved this cottage! The property was beautiful, and the inside was impeccable! Only wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Stan was very accommodating and very pleasant to communicate with! If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely book BB’s Cottage! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family Reunuon Retreat

My father and I stayed at BB’s cottage to be nearby to visit family and attend a reunion. The accommodations were exactly as described. It was the perfect place for our trip. The owner who lives next door checked in on us as he saw us leaving or returning to be sure we had all we needed and that nothing was lacking in our stay. I highly recommend this property.

BB’s Cottage - Loved it!

I loved this cottage! So clean and had everything we needed. Stan was so helpful and responsive to any question we had. I wanted to stay longer just to hang out on the front and back porch. Thank you, BB for sharing your home with us!

Great Getaway

Stayed overnight with the wife just passing through Hattiesburg. This is a fantastic property on a beautiful piece of land. Impeccably clean and well appointed, and my wife loved the decor (which frankly doesn’t happen much at VRBO’s).

Clean Beautiful House and Wonderful Hosts

My family had a wonderful stay! The hosts are so kind and wonderful at communicating. Our son and his friend attended Trombone Day at USM. We are looking forward to staying again! This won't be a secret place for long! Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Stay

BB's Cottage was excellent. Our family of eight had plenty of room and a wonderful stay. The cottage is even more impressive and beautiful than the pictures. It is located on a quiet piece of property with lovely trees. Our host was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We wish we could have stayed longer than our one night!

Cozy Cottage

Out of all of the VRBO properties I've rented, BB's Cottage rates highest on my list. It is in a great location, convenient to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, yet tucked away to feel like you are in the country. We loved reading about the history of the property, and we were greeted by one or both owners multiple times as they asked if we needed anything at all. True Southern hospitality. The house is very clean and well-decorated. The yard is large with beautiful pecan trees. Our kiddos had a great time playing outside. I plan for this cozy cottage to be our go-to location the next time we visit the area. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and cozy little retreat with wonderful hosts who truly take care of you.

A Dreamy Cottage and Exceptional Host!

I stayed at this sweet little cottage in Petal to get ready for my wedding, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. It was so cute, cozy, and had just the right amount of space for me and my bridesmaids to do our hair and makeup without feeling cramped or rushed.Mr. Stan was wonderful to work with, super accommodating and kind. He even adjusted the checkout time for us so we didn’t have to stress about packing up on such a busy morning.If you're looking for a charming, peaceful place to stay (especially for something as special as a wedding), I’d absolutely recommend this cottage. It made our morning feel calm and special, and I’m so grateful we found it!

So peaceful and gorgeous !

Enjoyed every second. Everything was clean and great! So peaceful sitting on the porch in the mornings! Everyone was really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
