Spacieuse maison en bord de mer sur Grand Turk

Venez séjourner sur une plage tropicale dans un spacieux 3 chambres, à seulement quelques pas de Cockburn Town sur la belle ßle paisible de Grand Turk. Des vues à couper le souffle, une magnifique plage, de superbes baignades, plongées et plongée en apnée sont juste devant votre porte d'entrée. Profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis votre terrasse. La combinaison de restaurants amusants et informels, de magasins de plongée experts, de locaux chaleureux et d'un rythme de vie détendu rend les vacances à Grand Turk particuliÚrement attrayantes. Un voyage à Grand Turk vous ramÚne dans la «vieille Caraïbe», devant les grands hÎtels, les gratte-ciels et les foules de touristes.

Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'eau toute la journée et détendez-vous avec un verre ou un dßner tout en admirant de magnifiques couchers de soleil. La plage a de petites marées, de l'ombre et (généralement) des vagues douces. Pas besoin de s'inquiéter de «réserver une chaise de plage» sur Grand Turk. Au lieu de cela, des kilomÚtres de plages pratiquement vides sur la rive ouest offrent une tranquillité difficile à trouver dans le monde moderne.

Cette maison fait partie de Island Passage, qui comprend trois chambres, un chalet (numéro d'inscription 932470) et une unité d'une chambre qui n'est pas disponible à la location.

La maison spacieuse a un plan ouvert avec un grand salon / salle à manger et une cuisine spacieuse qui a également une péninsule pour se percher. Les ventilateurs de plafond et la climatisation dans chaque piÚce vous aident à rester au frais. Il y a une grande chambre principale et deux petites chambres, toutes deux avec lits queen. Il y a une grande terrasse avec une vue fabuleuse sur la plage et un espace ombragé avec des chaises et une table pour encore un autre coin repas.

La cour clĂŽturĂ©e protĂšge le paysage des chevaux et des vaches errants. C'est littĂ©ralement Ă  quelques pas de votre porte Ă  l'ombre des arbres Casuarina sur la plage. Vous pouvez plonger sur la plage et faire de la plongĂ©e avec tuba devant la maison, ĂȘtre pris en charge par un bateau de plongĂ©e pour une expĂ©rience fantastique sur le mur de Grand Turk, vous promener en ville (Ă  150 mĂštres) pour vous promener sur Duke Street, ou louer un vĂ©lo ou une voiture ou louer un taxi pour aller un peu plus loin.

50th Anniversary & Birthday Celebration

Our stay in Grand Turk was everything we wanted on this vacation. It was so relaxing. Anita met us when we arrived and gave us a tour around the house. She answered all our questions. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. When we wanted to rent a golf cart to tour the island she arranged it for us and made sure we got a good price. We met Liz and Ray that live in the attached apartment and they were so nice and told us about the area. Everyone we met was so friendly and made us feel right at home. The donkeys and horses run free but don't bother anyone. The locals have food and water set out for them so they are taken care of. We would definitely recommend this experience. The home was private yet a short walk to restaurants and town. We would visit again.

Family Holiday

Stayed at house with family of 6 adults and a baby. Communication with Anita excellent as always, even with a very late flight coming in.The house has lots of space and amenities and a great fit for our family. We have stayed many times in the cottage, but the house was perfect for this visit. You cannot beat the beach front location a short walk to everything you need.!

Great spot in Grand Turk

Great spot right on the beach, enjoyed our morning visits from the donkeys. Beach is a little rocky right in front of the house but walk down the beach 100 feet and there is a beautiful Sandy area to enjoy. Great sunsets every night.

Grand Turk

Our vacation on Grand Turk was completely amazing. The location of this property is perfect. There is nothing like the calmness of the ocean and the vibe of the island. Ray, Liz and Anita were absolutely wonderful to us. They are great people. We also met a lot of Islanders, I have to say they are all so friendly and kind. We went parasailing and did a snorkeling excursion and both were wonderful. I would highly recommend this place and would come back to Grand Turk in a heartbeat. If you travel to Grand Turk please feed the donkeys and give any leftovers to the pot-cakes they love leftovers. .

Perfect Family Island Vacation

Our family had an amazing stay at this perfect beach location in Grand Turk! We loved the beach out the front door, the animals roaming around, and the location of the property in relation to things to do. The sunsets were so beautiful and we made trips to Governor's Beach everyday. Everything about our stay was excellent!

Great place, great location

Loved this beautifully decorated and furnished home for our 10 days on the island. We are frequent visitors to GT and this is our favorite place so far. The beach is beautiful and the beds comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more.

Absolutely amazing

First off, thank you Shannon for allowing my family and I to stay at your house. My family and I had a wonderful time!! Flow for the review. The house is on the beach. Absolutely breathtaking every day!! There is coral directly behind the house so I recommend bringing water socks to help protect feet. The town is very relaxing. Tourist driven and the customer service was outstanding. From the Osprey Hotel to Caicos Cafe to Grand Turk Diving to the Sand Bar to renting a golf cart from Wesley to Sharon’s taxi service, everyone was absolutely wonderful with recommendations, island advice and directions. Anita and Ray were my points of contacts for the house. Anita helped make this trip awesome for my daughter’s birthday. Anita set the room up with balloons, flowers and a Happy Birthday Banner with my daughter’s name on it and a birthday cake!! Ray is an absolute awesome maintenance foreman!! He was very accommodating and patient with us not to overlook the fact that he took his own time to transport my families luggage to the airport. Thank you Anita and Ray for everything!! You both are the best!! As far as things to do on the island. The cruise ships came to port from Tuesday to Thursday which on these days the island is alive. The Carnival Cruise Center is where you can go to partake in the festivities/ activities: pool, wave machine, parasailing, tubing, scuba diving, etc
 Recommend bringing cash. Everything was awesome and I highly recommend staying at this house!!!

Exactly as advertised

Wonderful 7 day stay on GT. I read all the reviews about this place prior to booking, they are all true! No Walmart or Target, no crowded beaches, no traffic congestion, just beautiful beaches and very friendly island folks. The home is very comfortable and very well equipped for preparing meals if you choose. Anita was great, arranged airport pick up and coordinated a golf cart rental. I recommend a golf cart if you plan to tour around as taxi's are quite expensive. The island comes alive when the cruise ship's are at port. We went to the port one day and my kids went parasailing and did some other water sports. One tip, bring lots of cash as many restaurants and stores don't take cards. Our vacation was perfect. Thank you Island Passage!

Location, Location, Location!!!

Picture this: you open the back door and BAM! You're face-to-face with a picture-perfect Grand Turk beach setting. The sand is like sugar, the water is crystal clear, and the only thing between you and the beach is the back deck. That's the magic of Island Passage House, a beachfront vacation home that stole our hearts (and will probably steal yours too). This place isn't just about the view (although, wow, the view!). The house is comfy and spacious, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island, or a day just sitting on the beach under the Casuarina trees. We cooked up some amazing meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and then enjoyed them on the deck with the sound of the waves crashing in the background. Seriously, island bliss! It's clear that the owners and property manager want you to have the best possible Grand Turk experience, and it shows. No wonder all the reviews rave about Island Passage House exceeding expectations. We felt right at home here, and let's just say we're already plotting our return trip. If you're looking for an unforgettable Grand Turk escape, this beachfront paradise is the perfect match!

Already planning a trip back to Paradise!

LOVED our magnificent vacation at Island Passage! House was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Mostly we enjoyed the fact the ocean was right outside our door. Couldn't ask for more. Interior of the house was roomier than pictured; comfy couches for gathering together inside (which was rare); plenty of outdoor seating on deck as well as chairs to take on the sand; super-sized dining table; kitchen was lovely and well-outfitted for all our cooking and drinking needs; bedrooms weren't huge but ample; loved and appreciated all the local and Caribbean artwork and shell collections. Neighbors and all Islanders were very friendly. Had a few passionate animal lovers in our group so the dogs and donkeys were delightful and always welcome on deck. Anita (property manager) was always very responsive, arranged for our taxis and a golf cart, and answered whatever questions we had. Several in our group went diving on 3 days with Jamal (wonderful guy) at Grand Turk Diving; we all went snorkeling and visited Gibbs Cay with him. Weather was unusually windy that week but still had great diving experiences and wonderful snorkeling experiences. All in all, this so far exceeded our expectations.

EVERYTHING You Need

A fantastic property for a fantastic vacation. Fully appointed home for vacationers that want to “live” on island. Very comfortable furniture, lots of room, fully equipped kitchen for stay-cationing, and a beach front property that cannot be beaten anywhere. Sip your morning coffee, feet from the lapping waves of the prettiest ocean waters you can imagine, and grill some fresh seafood as you watch the cruise ships slip over the horizon at sunset. This place is awesome! We will remember Island Passage fondly and forever.

Perfect Grand Turk Getaway

We had the best trip! The house was perfect for our group of six. We just walked out the back door onto the beach. We cooked almost every day and the kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed. The beds were cozy. And the living room was perfect for reading or playing cards after a great day outside. The house is a short walk to the Osprey and the Sandbar for drinks and meals. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay on Grand Turk. When we got back from our trip, my husband said that your home had probably ruined us - it was just so perfect for us. Easy easy living. Thank you so much for hosting us and sharing this lovely spot. I wish I’d written this review when we got back, but somehow time got away from me (by months and months!)

A week in paradise

Island Paradise is exactly what we got!! The house is perfect for a stay on Grand Turks. We were a group of 6 (3 couples). From the moment we arrived on the property we felt like we were in our paradise home. The sand and water are literally out your back door, and we spent 90% of our time floating in the water right there. There was space to spread out and not trip over each other and then space where we could enjoy our time together. The back patio was the perfect place to grill the fresh fish we purchased from the local fisherman and enjoy the fresh conch salad that I made myself. We rented a golfcart while there and it was the perfect mode of transportation for wherever we wanted to go. We explored one end of the island to the other and made daily trips to the grocery or liquor store. And the people of GT were so nice! Hope we will be able to visit again soon!

We fell in love with Grand Turk about 20 years ago. After visiting once or twice a week for many years, we finally bought a place of our own, which we love sharing with other people. Grand Turk is a very special place!

The location of this property is perfect! Right on the beach, just far enough away from the main drag that you feel secluded, but a 2 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and dive shops when you are ready to get up off that lounge chair!
