From the full-length concrete seawall/dock you have excellent boating access to the ocean, Gulfstream and coral reefs, or the backcountry and Gulf. There is a built-in step-down access to the canal for swimming or snorkeling. Nearby there are excellent restaurants, a dive shop, and a marina. Within a short drive, there are also groceries, banks, post offices, bait and tackle, boat rentals, kayak rentals, and shopping. Key West and its unusual nightlife, world-class dining, and unique shopping are 20 miles south. The airport in Miami is about a three-hour drive. This is a non-smoking home.
