The Space:
The heart of Casa Aguila is its striking dining area, featuring a custom 12-seat Guanacaste wood table that opens to a 10-meter deck and expansive infinity-edge pool. Floor-to-ceiling windows, stretching two stories high, seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces, creating an atmosphere where it’s difficult to distinguish where the sky ends and the ocean begins.

The open-concept main floor features a spacious living area, gourmet chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dedicated entertainment room with a 70-inch flat-screen TV. The kitchen includes a quartz waterfall island, which also serves as a breakfast bar, and sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor deck, offering additional dining and lounge spaces. Please note that while the living area is not air-conditioned, the open design allows for natural ventilation, and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The six beautifully-appointed bedrooms at Casa Aguila reflect the artistry of Guanacaste, with custom hardwood furniture and ensuite bathrooms featuring waterfall showers. A flexible bedroom with a queen-size Murphy bed can serve as a workspace or studio. The two principal bedrooms, located on the upper floor, each open to private wraparound balconies with breathtaking ocean views.
