Seaside Home with Beach Access

This seaside home is located in the town of Barrington, RI. It features breathtaking views of the Narragansett Bay, and grassy fields to the sandy beach. The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The house is an ideal relaxing get away.
The space
Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the three decks that overlook the Narragansett Bay, or cozy up by the fireplace.

This well appointed home has lots of room for gathering on the first floor. The two living rooms have cozy sitting areas, and the dining area can host up to 14. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you need to make your family dinner!

The two first floor bedrooms have twin beds, and one queen bed. There is a full bath on the first floor as well, and there is an office just off the kitchen.

On the second floor the master bedroom has a king bed, access to the upper deck, and a walk in closet. The second full bath is off the master. It has double sinks, a stand up shower, full bath, and washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and a trundle bed that can be two twin beds, or pull into a king size bed.

The home sits on 35 acres of land that you are welcome to explore. Just over the rolling grassy hills is a path to the beach. While there aren't active lifeguards stationed, you can enjoy the serenity of the sea, sandy dunes and gentle surf of the Narragansett Bay. The home is equipped with all your beach needs: towels, chairs, and toys!

Please be respectful of the neighbors. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Parties are not allowed at the house.
A parcel of land next to the house could be rented separately for wedding or formal events. The area is leveled for tent set up that can be used for an additional fee. Please contact the host for further details.
Guest access
The house has one gas fireplace and one wood burning fireplace. We ask that guests do not use the wood burning fireplace.
Other things to note
We want to provide a clean, safe environment for our guests. We are taking the following precautions to mitigate the spread of COVID 19.
-PPE to be worn by the cleaning crew while in the house. This includes disposable gloves and facial coverings. While cleaning, the crew will be mindful to not touch face, nose, and eyes.
-Windows and doors to be open for cleaning time. The CDC recommends opening outside doors and windows and using fans to increase air circulation in the space before beginning to clean and disinfect.
-Thorough hand washing before and after cleaning by cleaning crew using soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
-Cleaning crew to clean, then disinfect all surfaces. They will use detergent or soap and water to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, a secondary EPA approved disinfectant spray will be allowed to sit for the product recommended amount of time. New clean cloth used for each guest.
-All soiled linens will be removed from the house for professional cleaning between guests. This is inclusive of bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets. Gloves will be worn for removal with special attention to not shake linens which could increase the spread of germs.
-All cleaning tools to be cleaned before and after every cleaning.
-Any items left by a previous guest will be discarded.
-All house trash cans will be lined with a bag to allow for safe removal of waste.
