Panoramic Point â Waterfront Condo w/Pool & Tennis
Look no further than the Panoramic Point for your Lake of the Ozarks Getaway. This beachy two bedroom condo is located in the Breakwater Bay Club complex. There is an array of amenities including a lakeside swimming pool, a tennis court, and a playground for the kids! Featuring a top floor balcony with panoramic views of the main channel, plus another balcony off the bedrooms.
**Please note that the pool with open June 6th for the season**
Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features granite countertops, a coffee maker and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two plus a dining room table with seating for 6 and views of the lake while you dine!
Living Room
The living room features vaulted ceilings, a couch, recliner, two chairs, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, and access to the lakefront balcony.
Master Suite
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, closet and sliding doors that open to the balcony. The master bath features a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV and sliding doors that open to the balcony.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.
There is also a half bath on the main floor.
Outside
This condo features two balconies. The top floor balcony features an outdoor dining table with umbrella and sun loungers to enjoy the gorgeous views of the main channel! The lower balcony off the bedrooms also has seating to relax and enjoy the views.
Neighborhood Description
This condo is located in Breakwater Bay Club condominium complex, just off of Highway KK.This complex is in the same cove as Redheads Yacht Club, and just a few minutes by land or water to Margaritaville, Landshark Bar & Grill, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, Shorty Pants and More!
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
âą You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
âą You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
âą You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
âą You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
âą You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
