Gracia is a newly built, beautiful 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, designer home nestled in one of the most alluring neighborhoods in Nosara. This tranquil property is perched on an elevated ridge, surrounded by mature trees, nature trails, and jungle greenery. The beach is a 5-minute walk away and the sound of waves can be heard from the yard. This special property is a bird-watcher's paradise and a main thoroughfare for Howler monkeys who make their way across the canopy above.

Designed by award-winning architect, Lucca Spendingwimmer, the home is a tropical mid-century modern beauty, with hints of calming Asian influences. Casa Gracia was designed to be warm and inviting, yet also sophisticated and modern with aesthetics that complement the jungle environment.

SPACES

Main Living Area:
-The large great room flows directly out to the pool and BBQ entertaining area through a series of 10’ high glass sliders providing seamless indoor-outdoor living.
-The living room includes a large sectional couch and lounge chairs; 65” LG OLED television and Sono's cinema sound system.
-A locally sourced, Guanacaste wood dining table seats eight adults.
-An expansive 11’ kitchen island is the hub for cooking and gathering. The kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances, cooking pots/pans, glass/dishware, utensils, spices, etc.
-Internet service is provided by high-speed fiber optic. The home is covered by a TP-Link/Omada mesh system, making fast streaming Wi-Fi possible in all areas.
-The home is secured by a sophisticated alarm system and alarm response team. The outdoor perimeter is covered by cameras and the home is a member of a paid nightly neighborhood security patrol.

Pool / Yard:
-Whether you’re into splashing or lounging, the salt-water pool is perfectly warm all year round.
-Comfortable seating areas offer the choice of sun or shade, sitting or laying out.
-The tranquil and private yard borders the pool and is filled with native trees, plants and tropical flowers. A grass lawn is perfect for walking around barefoot.
-Oversized teak chaise lounge chairs are great to work on your tan or take a nap.

Outdoor kitchen:
-Equipped with a large, built-in gas grill, complete with all the tools and attachments to prepare your freshly caught fish or veggies.
-Includes an outdoor fridge for cold beverages.

The immediate neighborhood:

Located in a private corner of north Playa Pelada, moments from the beach, hiking trails, dramatic coastal views and the “Las Bocas” river area.
-Pelada beach – Widely regarded as the most beautiful beach in the Nosara area. A five-minute stroll takes you to a secluded section of this amazing pink sand beach. Explore tide pools, caves, watch epic sunsets and walk to the only beachside restaurants in Nosara – La Luna and Olgas.
-The Boca – On the opposite side of the ridgeline lies the Boca River area. Popular for fishing, kayaking tours, stand-up paddling, coastal hikes and more.
-The views – Elevated about 100’ above sea level the home sits on a small ridge. A walk down to the end of the road reveals one of the most dramatic views around. Facing north, you can see miles down the coast past the black-sand beaches of the Ostional Turtle Refuge to the point of San Juanillo. Bring your camera for IG moments!
-Nearby to everything – A short walk takes you to the Largata Lodge – just one of many places to explore. Drinks, dining and incredible ocean views can be found at this popular luxury resort. Consider booking a spa appointment or making dining reservations. Jumping in your car, golf cart or tuk-tuk taxi takes you to the ever-growing array of shops, restaurants, markets, activities and beaches of greater Pelada and Guiones.

Property Management & Concierge Services
The property manager is available daily from 8 am to 5 pm and 5 pm to 8 am only for emergenciesThis listing comes with complimentary guest services and concierge services. While Costa Rica does have many of the conveniences you are accustomed to having at home, navigating a foreign country can feel a bit tricky. For that reason, we’re here to help curate your experience and itinerary to be the best it can be. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, we’re here for you.

Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.

Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There is no guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access is always crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card.

Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.

Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).

Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.

Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
