Bring the whole family and friends to this great space with lots of room for fun and memories. This 7 bedroom chalet has 3 spacious levels to enjoy and relax in. On the 3rd floor there is a full kitchen and dining area completely open concept with access to the deck, which includes a BBQ perfect for summer cookouts. The ping pong table should be removed as it takes up the entire room . Possibly be replaced by a small billiards table or a card table . The older couches should be replaced as well . With winter upon us extra mats at the main entrance should be added .

Nice place for a group. Lots of space for meals and a bonus of 3 fridges. Great fire pit and hot tub. Clean but some wear and tear on finishes. Quiet despite there being a group next door!

We stayed at this cottage with a group of 16 family and friends and overall had a great experience. The place was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the mattresses were excellent. The washrooms were also clean and well-maintained, which made our stay more pleasant.The only downside was the lack of basic supplies. There were not enough garbage bags, hand soap, or toilet paper provided. Also, the listing mentioned that Keurig coffee would be available, but the box was empty. It seemed like the supply team may have forgotten to check everything before our arrival.Another point to note is that for a cottage advertised to host 18 people, more dishes are definitely needed. We found ourselves having to wash dishes too often or resort to using paper plates and cups.Aside from these small issues, the cottage itself was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. With better attention to supplies and enough dishes for large groups, this place would be perfect.

The place was perfect for our group of 8 for a guy's getaway weekend. Although the house was older and could use some TLC, it had everything we needed for a great weekend stay.Communications were excellent. Jaime was clear with instructions, responsive, and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.The property is a 3 min drive to Blue Mountain village, which was perfect, as we played golf there and picked up some last minute supplies.There were several other properties close by that had large groups, so we felt very comfortable with our own noise levels activities.I would definitely book this property again for a large gathering.

Would not recommend, it was very run down - which we could deal with (paint chipping, broken light switches, broken front door, bed frames that were unfinished or missing pieces, broken ping pong balls, leaky fridge, broken dishwasher) but what impacted us the most was 1. all the garbage we found in the yard, by the front door and on the upper deck such as a garbage bag and a bunch of broken chairs which I don’t get because they charge a cleaning fee. They have hired cleaners so it is unacceptable to find garbage in or around the property. Given that we had young children with us caused us distress due to safety concerns 2. A broken dirty hot tub - (water was green) which was frustrating because we double checked with property management before we booked that there was a hot tub on the property in good working order for the kids to which they agreed to but when we got there that was not the case. and 3. An unusable BBQ. The BBQ had no ignition button and a hole at the bottom not to mention how disgusting it looked inside. All these issues were found and reported immediately to the property management. The solution to the hot tub was to use the hot tub on the other property that still needed to be cleaned (used towel found inside) and heated.Someone came by and picked up the case of empty beer bottles near the front door but left all the other garbage behind. They gave us a lighter to use to ignite the BBQ. All in all we will never return and are warning potential guests.

Annual family weekend

Really enjoyed the stay must compliment owner on the cleanliness of the hot tub. Close to The Village Large gathering room with comfortable couches, large dining table excellent host. Always checking in to see that everything was fine. Planning on coming back next year!

Great location - property needs better care and attention

It was disappointing to arrive and have only one shower (out of 2 for a 7bedroom outfit and there were 10 of us plus a baby)working and no hot tub. Communication with the property manager was excellent and the shower head was replaced the next day. Hot tub remained green with brown seats until Sunday when maintenance added chlorine at 6 pm. We were unable to use it til 8. It really needed to be emptied and refilled but no time for that. Although I was in communication with manager, - response time left only a few hours for our 3 day stay to use it. There were many things needing repair; kitchen drawer facing fell off in my hand, holes (one of two toilets rocked when you sat on it etc.However the house was clean, a well-equipped kitchen and great location. If they spent some on repairs and all was functioning - it would be easy to overlook the tired decor!!!maintenance

Run down and safety issues

It was very run down and there were safety concerns after our group had a few injuries. In terms of being run down, here are some examples: the walls were scuffed, chipped, and in some cases had holes; the couches were ripped; some of the tiles and vents were broken; the windows were leaking cold air; the blinds at the right side of the two front large windows on the kitchen level wouldn’t latch; one of the pots had a broken handle; the kick board in front of the sink was loose; and even the knives weren’t sharp. From a safety perspective:- the driveway was not properly cleared when we arrived and one of us had a slip and fall accident - one of us fell at the step on the kitchen level because it wasn’t clearly marked- one of us was scraped from one of the finishing nails sticking out of the table- the sharp edge of the floor trim around the fireplace wasn’t secured down properly- one of the kitchen stools had a wooden seat that’s missing all of the screws - the bottom stair of the front steps outside is looseWe have stayed at many rental condos in the past including rentals each year in Blue Mountain and this was well below standard. Would not recommend

Family Gathering

We had all the needed space and amenities we were looking for to host our extended family of young and older adults. We had a great time utilizing the hot tub, sauna, fuse ball, table tennis etcThe only issues are in the details. For example the table tennis paddles are broken, there was no wood provided ( other places do provide) and it’s a bit “banged up”.

Adequate accommodation, needs repairs

The property suited our party's needs but it was dirty, there was mouse droppings throughout the kitchen cupboards. There was damage in every room and to some of the furniture. The dishwasher broke and flooded the floor and there were electrical problems in a portion of the house. There was no working lights outdoors in the backyard. The staff responsible for the property were excellent communicators and did try to deal with the problems. Unfortunately nothing was fixed or cleaned up during our stay.

Nice family stay

My family and I had a nice stay here this past weekend! Great communication with the host, the property was clean & had everything we needed. Awesome location and beautiful view of the mountain. Hot tub, sauna & fire pit were an awesome touch. Thank you :)

Our stay was overall great. Check in had to happen late due to cleaning staff still on site but property manager made up for this with a late check out. The house and hot tub was very clean with the exception of a bunch of spiders. Overall woukd recommend

Family get together

The place was prefect for all of us we had plenty of room with 8 adults and 3 children the fact that everything we Wanted to experience was a 5 minute drive made it so easy to get around Jamie and his team were very helpful and easy to communicate with at any moments notice they made our stay very effortless Thanks again to Jamie and his team

Property Needs Work

The property is old and in need of repair, although there were some obvious upgrades. However, there were holes in the walls and door frames. There were patches on the walls that had not been fully repaired and still had plaster showing. There were many scratches and tears in the walls, floor transition strips were not nailed down causing trip hazards, BBQ was not cleaned properly. If all these repairs were completed, it would have been a nicer place to stay. Unfortunately the rating system does not allow for comments on the condition of the unit.

Large, comfortable space for big groups

Stayed here for a family weekend. There was enough space for 16 of us and a couple dogs. Loved the ping pong and foosball tables. Favourite area was upper floor with multiple fridges, big, comfy couches, and long wooden, communal table.
