Great condo,a little small but cozy. Shuttles (which was how everyone seems to get around) were frequent but also just a short walk to gondola. We rented a boot locker at base of gondola to not walk in ski boots. Condo Ski locker is too small for 4 people if you have snowboards. Pool/hot tub where well maintained and great. Would stay again.

Perfect ski stay

Great location, easy access to the mountain or town on the shuttle with friendly drivers. Love the pool and hot tubs. Comfortable beds, warm space, good kitchen. Loved the ski locker option too. Definitely recommend this spot!

Overall good, some small issues

Check in was easy, unit was clean (odd smell in unit), location to pool/ hot tub great. Used shuttle to both the mountain & restaurants in downtown Steamboat. Biggest issue was not having closet to use in second bedroom.Liked that they had quiet hours. Would stay here again.

Too expensive for what you get

This is a small two bedroom, and therefore space is at a premium. We brought our own ski gear, plus one suitcase each, which means we had quite a bit of luggage. There are only four closets in this unit, and three were locked as owner's closets. The fourth was unusable as it contained the hot water heater, ironing board, and bedding. Therefore, we did not have any place to store our luggage and instead had to pile it in the living room, which that made moving around the unit difficult. I would not rent this unit (204) until I was assured by the rental agent that the closets were available. There are also some obvious kitchen items the unit did not have: placemats, (we eat in a lot and it made clean-up more of a bother); aluminum foil; saran wrap; plastic bags. No one travels with those items. The shuttle is a nice feature and we used it everyday to take us everywhere.

It sounds like the space was a bit cramped, especially with limited storage for your luggage, which can make a stay less comfortable. It’s a bummer when a unit doesn’t have all the little kitchen necessities like aluminum foil and plastic bags—those are things most people don’t think to pack but can make a big difference during a trip. The shuttle service is a nice perk, though! It’s great that it made getting around easier for you. Would you consider giving the unit another shot if those closet and kitchen issues were addressed, or do you think you'd look for a different spot next time?
