This is a brand new home conveniently located close to Cruz Bay. Sunset Villa by Heavenly Villas, LLC is a private, stand-alone (no shared walls) 2 level concrete villa with rooftop terrace and 3 master bedrooms (all king beds with private balconies), located on the west side of St. John in Cruz Bay. We have wide, sweeping views of the ocean to the South and the entire West side of the island and Pillsbury Sound. The views are breathtaking all day and night and more amazing in person than what a picture can capture! Convenient location with an incredible kitchen and game room complete with foosball table and double sleeper sofa (not a futon). Community pool within walking distance. Recent upgrades include solar and Helix mattresses with plush bedding.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean and very comfortable, the kitchen was well set up for nights we wanted to cook. The views are incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice! Host was easily reachable, greeter was very helpful. We hope to stay here again!

The hosts were very gracious and kind allowing us an additional night stay given the unprecedented closure of the airspace, preventing our group of 6 from flying home. That kindness eased what was otherwise a stressful situation for us. The house is beautiful- the view from the deck is simply gorgeous.

This is THE BEST rental we have ever stayed in! Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful! Comfortable! So spacious! Views are spectacular! Kitchen is awesome everything we needed! All three bedrooms are the same with beautiful views. Beds are super comfy. Showers are great. The art work in the home is so pretty & emphasizes the beauty of the island! Loved the upper deck for AM tanning while waiting for ppl to wake up. Having a washer/dryer & plenty of beach towels is always a bonus!!!! Can’t say enuf about this house. Perfect location! Very steep drive which is part of visiting STJ & makes for amazing views! Thank you & see you next year!

Sunset Beautiful Home

Loved everything about the Villa - wanted to spend more time at the Villa than the beach! That is unusual in St. John! The views were spectacular! Kitchen was well stocked with extras. Everything worked. Can't wait to get back!

Great Property Great Vacation

The property is just as described. It's a luxury property and was perfect for our group of 6, including 4 adult children. Each group had their own master suite. The views are stunning. It's close to Cruz Bay. The property's greeter, Jannifer, was fantastic - communicative and helpful. That really helped. I'd definitely book again.

Perfection!

If you have ever imagined staying on an island with perfect views and perfect set up, this is it! The layout of the home allows for privacy while sleeping (plus bathrooms en suite) while also having a perfect gathering space and decks for every view. Wake to watch the sunrise and then later return for sunset with enough seating for all to gather. Kitchen allows for cooking while socializing both inside and with those on the deck.

Great Stay on St. John

We immensely enjoyed our stay at Heavenly Villas! The house is beautiful and every bedroom is a master bedroom with on-suite bathroom. There are 3 balconies to enjoy amazing views of sunsets. Everyone told us to go to the Windmill Bar to watch the sunset which we did. But we had just as good of viewing in the comfort of the house many nights. Would highly recomend this house! Everything was just perfect. Hope to go back again someday!

Best View on Island

We loved our stay at Heavenly Villas from the views, location, to comfort of this home. Scott is a great host, very communicative and responsive. Jennifer is very welcoming, full of recommendations. . House is equipped with all the essentials needed to explore the island (plenty of chairs, coolers, towels for your use). Be sure to return to enjoy the gorgeous views of the island from balcony. No need to see a sunset anywhere else!!

A very nice property with a great amenities

For our first trip to St John, we could not have found a better place to stay. The house is located very close to everything in Cruz Bay, but it is also very private. As a family, we loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for our kids, and everything you need for the beach is there (snorkel gear, chairs, coolers, ice packs...you name it). The view is amazing, and even though we left the fans and a/c off every day, the house was comfortable when we got back in the evenings. I almost put a small ding on the review for the accuracy of the listing, but it's only because the house is better than the listing says.

The perfect vacation!!

We had the best week in St. John's. It was our first time, there were 3 couples all about the same age. We loved having the 3 master suits, the home is setup perfectly, location was great, views are amazing! You could not ask for a better rental while there. We rented jeeps for the week, toured the whole island on our time! The home is so comfortable, furniture placement was perfect inside and out, plenty of room to spread out, kitchen was stocked well!!! Bathrooms are stocked well too, plenty of towels and accessories. Beds are really comfortable, TV's easy to work, super clean place, you will be amazed, just do it, you will have no regrets. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property Heather!

Wonderful Experience

This is our 5th trip to St John and it was magical as usual. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the property immensely. We had 3 couples (siblings) so the layout was perfect - three king sized rooms, equally layed out so there was no disagreement about who used which room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great, very spacious. There was plenty of parking and the grocery store was very close as well as beach access was a relatively short drive. The view from the house is magnificient, we enjoyed the sunset every evening and watched the stars every night! We cooked most meals in the house and enjoyed happy hour and dinners on the deck facing the sunset. It was lovely. Maybe only one minor issue, the kitchen could use a few more large coffee mugs and a few more pans, we had to do some juggling as each couple was responsible for their own meals. Overall, a magnificient stay and we would definitely return as the house was perfect for our needs.

Beautiful property, excellent location near Cruz Bay

Loved everything about this villa. Communication was great and timely, everything was as advertised. Villa was very clean and has everything you need. We had the pool to ourselves all week. Balconies and views were a highlight, as well as AC all throughout the villa. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with amazing views

We really enjoyed staying at the Heavenly Villas property. I will say, the first day I was a bit intimidated by the steep drive up the hill. The caretaker guides you to the property the first time but after that you need to pay some attention how to get to the place. After a day though it felt like old news and not a big deal at all. No need to be intimidated by the driving like I was! We had such a comfortable stay here and always wanted to make it back to the condo for sunsets on the roof or even top balcony. We loved the whole house stereo system, outdoor treadmill and foosball table. The house is so close to all the restaurants in Cruz bay and the market as well. I would stay again. Great for families!

First, the view was awesome! Second, we appreciated all the sand toys, snorkeling gear, and pack and play. The new beach chairs were great! Third, we loved looking at the stars from the rooftop terrace!

Couples Retreat

A return trip to St John for 3 couples & Heavenly Villas did not disappoint! This home was the perfect property for our group. Each couple had the same size bedroom/bed/bathroom all with amazing ocean views! Speaking of views - I can’t imagine there’s many vacation properties on St John that have the beautiful views that you get at Heavenly Villas!! If we weren’t showering or sleeping, we were on one of the many spacious decks enjoying the views! And all within 5 minutes from downtown Cruz Bay. We can’t wait to return!

Very comfortable & clean property with stunning views. Well equipped kitchen and items needed for the beaches. Whole house sound system a major plus. Loved our stay here.
