As you ascend to the top floor, prepare to be delighted by partial ocean views that greet you from the open living area, thoughtfully adorned with plush seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to a covered balcony. Gather around the dining area, which is ideal for gathering and reminiscing about your day's adventures. The kitchen boasts modern updates, stainless steel appliances, and a countertop bar accommodating four.

The primary bedroom is fit for royalty with a king-sized bed, additional sleeper sofa, ensuite bathroom, and private covered deck with partial ocean views. Bedroom 2 offers a king-sized bed, balcony access, and the added privacy of an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed and balcony access. Bedroom 4 offers two twin-sized bunk beds and balcony access.

Please note: For security purposes, two cameras are installed at the first-floor entrance, and two cameras are located in the parking areas. Notice: Please be advised that a beach renourishment project will be underway in Surf City, NC, starting December 1, 2024, and is expected to conclude in May 2025. During this project you may see and hear heavy machinery, dredging, and activity in the area.
