Beautiful getaway

House, hot tub and pool were immaculate. Corner property was nestled in an oasis of tropical plants. The place is kept up beautifully and the backyard stepdowns to the patio, hot tub and pool are lovely. The fire dept is across the street and can get loud. .

Mozny family stay

Nice house with all the amenities that we needed. The hot tub was a little difficult to negotiate but no big problem. Overall it was great to stay there.

Amazing space!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay off Heathwood Dr. was amazing. The home and layout were perfect. The home is even better than the photos. It is very inviting and welcoming. Our kids didn't leave the pool for the first couple days we were there. The location was right in the middle of anything/everything. We were surprised how quiet it was considering it was right on a busy corner. We have this property saved and will definitely be returning again!

Stay at Heathwood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at 70 S. Heathwood. The home was well maintained and wonderfully decorated and furnished. It was located at the end of a channel, which was lovely to fish from the dock and watch the water. The corner it is located on is a busy intersection, but you cannot hear road traffic other than the occasional siren going by. Beach access isn't that convienient, but I would say that for the entire island unless you stay in a condo on the beach. We were fine staying at the house and pool! Would definitely rent here again.

Great Family Vacation Home

Our family of four (especially our seven year old twins) throughly enjoyed our time at Heathwood. This home was meticulously cleaned before we arrived, and everything was kept in immaculate condition. A quick three minute drive puts you at the south Marco beach access parking lot and the walk onto the beach from there is less than two minutes. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing we’ve found, and the pool area was enjoyed everyday by all of us, especially the kids. Its location at the corner of a main intersection means you will hear the occasional fire truck or ambulance, but the impact is entirely minimal. Groceries at Publix are close and easy, and the folks at Harborview are very professional and prompt to deal with. When we return to Marco in a year or two we will definitely book this property again if available. Great experience all around and highly recommend.
