The property consists of our main home perched upon a cliff over looking Lake Champlain and our newly built  guest house.  The main house is a modern post and beam cabin built in 2018/renovated 2021. The house features a spacious but cozy open living space with unobstructed views of the lake.  It has three main bedrooms and an additional room in the basement (no windows) with a queen sized trundle bed.  Our guest house has a comfortable living space with fire place and kitchenette and two bedrooms with en suite private bathrooms.

The location is perfect for action, with endless options for hiking/biking/boating/etc but you might not even feel like leaving the house, with plenty of space to relax or splash around in the lake in the backyard. Bikes, Standup Paddle Boards and lake toys available for use.

The main house is 2 stories with a finished basement space. The front entrance has 3 steps to entry and the main bed/bath are on the ground floor with no additional steps.
