Emplacement idéal pour ceux qui veulent garder un œil sur les enfants à la piscine depuis l'intimité de votre propre terrasse à quelques pas. Ce patio au bord de la piscine avec un espace gazonné privé offre une aire de jeux protégée pour les jeunes enfants où vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre avec votre boisson d'été préférée. Retournez à la cuisine à quelques pas pour un déjeuner rapide ou pour remplir cette pina colada. Notre promenade privée offre un accès à la magnifique plage de sable blanc et une zone d'observation pour profiter des magnifiques couchers de soleil. Le court de tennis sur place est également facilement accessible.

Chaque chambre est décorée avec goût. La chambre principale est charmante avec son lit king-size et son accès au patio. Les deux lits queen-size dans la chambre d'hôtes sont confortables et confortables.

Five day stay

The property faces the beach and is beside the pool on the ground floor. Doesn’t have an ocean view, but easy access in and out of the condo to the pool and ocean. Nice place to stay

Great trip!

The condo was great. Loved it was on the bottom floor and the pool was right in front of us. There were 5 in our family and we had plenty of room and lots of things available to take to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great long weekend with family

The condo is in a great location and the owners were wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. I highly recommend this rental.

Very nice

Amazing location! Can’t ask for anything better!

Excellent location! Right beside the pool and steps from the beach. It was an amazing moms and kids spring break trip. Beatrice was wonderful to work with and so quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Actually, I would most likely look this exact unit up next time we stay in Fort Walton Beach!

Pictures matched condo, everything was great. Would only suggest a shower head with a hose for easier kiddo cleaning! Enjoyed it and can't wait to come back!

SO MUCH FUN

We had a great trip. The accommodations were wonderful and the walk to beach was easy. Beds and other furniture was very comfortable. Only issue is that we had 7 people and only had 6 towels and not enough wash cloths. Had to go out and buy some in order to shower.

Was a clean and large condo

We liked the condo and it was roomy. It's very close to the beach and pool. There is no view of the beach and only a limited view of the pool since the condo is similar to a garden apartment view. Otherwise we liked this condo.

Perfect location

This condo is located in the perfect location for the pool and beach. It was clean and comfortable. This was a girls trip for 3 moms. We had the best time! The only suggestion I have is that since it is on the first floor, maybe bring a broomstick to put in the bottom of each sliding glass door, just for some added comfort. The pool system/pump is located in the backyard of this condo so the pool guy was in the backyard on some mornings during our stay- so yes, maybe a broomstick to make you feel safer. Other than that, it's perfect just the way it is.

great condo

our family enjoyed this condo very much. there is a grassy landscaped area that was perfect for yoga, leaving our fishing rods and all of our floats which helped keep the sand inside to a minimum. in the mornings the sprinklers come on so don't leave your towels out. being on the first floor was so easy and care free. the beach was easy access and absolutely beautiful. the condo was clean and perfect for our needs. the kids ended up sleeping in the two recliners and the pull out sofa and the beds. they slept where they sat. lol! great trip. great condo. highly recommend.

Wonderful location and perfect for our family.

We would 100% stay here again. The pool access gate is right outside the back patio, and the beach is accessible via the pool. Pool is large and was never crowded. Beach access is through the pool and has both a hose and shower for the sand. The condo was perfectly size for our family of 4. The master bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the extra linens/towels available in the closets. Plenty of dishes and pans were in the kitchen, and the entire condo was adorable and put together. We also liked that the front door was a little secluded on the corner of the complex. The ONLY possible negative we noticed (and I think this is more on the cleaning service honestly) is that under the couches doesn't seem to be cleaned very often, and had some leftover snack food pieces that our toddler seemed to unerringly find. Other than that the condo was very clean and well stocked.

Convenient and Pleasant

Overall was a pleasant stay. Great location to the pool and beach and condo was clean and had most everything that was needed. A couple small things to note. This is more like 20-30 mins to Destin with traffic, and I would not consider walking distance to pier (quick drive though). I wish there was a better picture showing the pool from the condo itself, the description is a bit ambiguous and made it seem like you could watch/see kids from your patio. This is possible with older kids maybe but not with younger kids. Pleasant enough and close to pool yes, but not what I expected based on pictures/description. Also, I’d recommend some plastic cups/plates for kids (unless I missed them) it made me nervous having my 4 and 7 yr olds use glass; add in that the dining table is glass, it felt like an accident waiting to happen. Lastly, a box of Kleenex would be welcomed. Great space, kids loved how close it was to the pool and beach and the grassy area was great. We didn’t feel over crowded at all. The hosts were very responsive and flexible. Honestly a nice little place.
