The second bedroom downstairs features a king-sized bed with luxe hotel bedding, 55” smart-TV, desk with chair, and 8-foot French door opening to the deck with hot-tub and mountain views just outside. The lower deck has a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, comfortable conversation seating, 55” smart-TV, 6-person upscale hot-tub with 48 therapeutic jets, Bluetooth speaker system, and color-changing lights, and space for games like corn hole leading out to an inviting, lighted, stone & rock firepit area surrounding a massive iron wok and seating for 8+ people.
